 2.工作說明 主軸電機用VFD-015M23A驅動,切台上的圓刀(切刀)用VFD-007M23A驅動,伺服與齒輪同軸相連,通過齒輪皮帶帶動導軌,使切台在如圖中A所示方向來回移動,用來完成定長的操作。同時切台通過油壓可以在如圖中B所示方向前後移動,用來對套在主軸上的膠帶進行切割。 四、工藝及控製要求 工藝要求描述:兩台變頻器,一台驅動主軸馬達;另外一台驅動圓刀(切刀)。伺服通過齒輪皮帶和導軌傳動控製切台的定位,即定長。變頻器通過RS485通訊的方式控製,給定主軸和圓刀的轉速。伺服用Pt模式定位。根據客戶的要求為其提供了單段和連續兩種控製方式和10種操作模式,每種操作模式包含:寬度設定、daoshushedinglianggecanshu。zaishengchanqian,kehugenjushengchandeyaoqiu,jiangxuyaoshengchanjiaodaidekuanduhedaoshuzaicanshubiaozhongyuxianshedinghao。ruguocaozuorenyuanxuanzedanduankongzhifangshi,zairenjishangshurumoshihaohou,xitongzidongbaduiyinggaimoshidecanshu(寬度和刀數)調用出來。啟動後,刀台通過伺服開始定長橫向移動,當到達設定的長度後,刀台橫向移動停止,通過油壓控製刀台向係統框圖中B 所suo示shi的de方fang麵mian縱zong向xiang移yi動dong,當dang刀dao台tai移yi動dong至zhi前qian限xian位wei處chu,開kai始shi定ding時shi,保bao證zheng將jiang膠jiao帶dai完wan全quan切qie斷duan後hou,自zi動dong退tui回hui至zhi後hou限xian位wei開kai關guan處chu停ting止zhi。如ru果guo該gai模mo式shi設she定ding的de刀dao數shu不bu為wei零ling,則ze重zhong複fu以yi上shang動dong作zuo,直zhi到dao切qie割ge的de次ci數shu等deng於yu設she定ding的de刀dao數shu後hou,自zi動dong停ting止zhi。如ru果guo該gai模mo式shi設she定ding的de刀dao數shu為wei零ling,則ze係xi統tong不bu動dong作zuo。而er如ru果guo操cao作zuo人ren員yuan選xuan擇ze連lian續xu控kong製zhi方fang式shi,在zai人ren機ji上shang輸shu入ru模mo式shi號hao,則ze啟qi動dong後hou係xi統tong自zi動dong按an照zhao模mo式shi1設定的寬度和刀數切割,當模式1切qie割ge完wan畢bi後hou,自zi動dong按an照zhao下xia一yi模mo式shi設she定ding的de寬kuan度du和he刀dao數shu切qie割ge,直zhi到dao將jiang設she定ding的de模mo式shi全quan部bu切qie完wan後hou自zi動dong停ting機ji。如ru果guo其qi中zhong有you的de模mo式shi設she定ding的de刀dao數shu為wei零ling時shi,自zi動dong跳tiao到dao下xia一yi模mo式shi,參can數shu也ye隨sui之zhi改gai變bian。例li如ru:在連續模式下:選擇模式10,啟動後係統按照模式1設定的參數切割,模式1切割完畢,如果模式2中設定的刀數不為零,則按照模式2設定的寬度和刀數自動切割;如果模式2中設定的刀數為零,則係統自動跳過模式2,按照模式3中設定的參數切割。依次類推,直到將模式10設定的寬度和刀數切割完畢後,係統自動停機。 係統生產流程的順序如下所述:shouxianjiatoudongzuo,jiatoudongzuoqian,zhuzhouqigangshouxianyaoxiangshangdongzuo,shangdaoxianweihou,jiatoudingchu,jiangzhuzhoujiazhu。ranhouyuandaocainengqidongjinxingqiege,zaiyunxingguochengzhongruguoanquanbutingzhi,zeyuandaotingzhi,ranhoujiatousuohui,suodaoweihou,zhuzhouqigangxiangxia,xiadaoxianweihoutingzhixiangxia。zailianxuyunxingwanbihou,xitongzidongtingzhi,bingqiezidongsuohuijiatou,zhuzhouqigangxiangxiadaowei。ranhou,daotaizidongguiwei,guiweidaoxianweihoutingzhi。 zaizhenggezidongqiejuandeguochengzhong,ruguochuxianrenheguzhanghuozhecaozuorenyuanshoudongtingche,zexitongjiludangqianzhixingdaodemoshihaoheyijingwanchenglejiciqiege,ruguoguzhangchuliwanbihouzaiciqidong,zeanzhaotingcheqiandemoshijixuqiege。yishangsuoshudeshizidongqiegezhuangtai。 在zai手shou動dong狀zhuang態tai下xia,為wei客ke戶hu提ti供gong了le自zi動dong對dui刀dao的de功gong能neng。即ji在zai出chu現xian故gu障zhang或huo前qian一yi次ci切qie割ge質zhi量liang不bu高gao時shi,在zai停ting機ji的de狀zhuang態tai下xia,可ke以yi通tong過guo人ren機ji或huo操cao作zuo麵mian板ban上shang,按an間jian接jie歸gui位wei或huo間jian接jie前qian進jin按an鈕niu,切qie台tai自zi動dong以yi當dang前qian模mo式shi設she定ding的de寬kuan度du向xiang後hou或huo向xiang前qian移yi動dong一yi個ge寬kuan度du,達da到dao自zi動dong對dui刀dao的de功gong能neng,同tong時shi也ye提ti供gong手shou動dong對dui刀dao的de功gong能neng。 我們為客戶開發的整套係統,控製可靠,伺服通過調整了相應的2-00houdecanshu,shideqixiangyingxinghejingdudouyaogaoyukehuyiqianshiyongdexitong,bingqiegongyihecaozuoshangyegengshengyichou。kehuyiqianshiyongdexitongzhinenglianxuyunxing,erqiezhiyousanzhongmoshisheding,bunengdanduanyunxing。zaichengxuzhong,zhongdaqiaomiaodeyunyonglebianzhihexunhuandegongneng,shidechengxuyehenjianlian,kehufeichangrenke。zhezaiyiciyinzhengletaidadejidianchanpinzaixitongjichengfangmianjuyouhenqiangdeyoushi。 五、調試感想 伺服在PTmoshixia,henrongyishouganrao。ruguodianguineiyouganraoyuan,rubianpinqi,zhiliutiaosuqideng,jishibufamaichong,zhiyaosifushineng,kenengdianjijiuhuiyunxing。zhezhongqingkuang,doushuyuganraowenti。keyicaiquyixiacuoshi: 將變頻器的載波頻率適當的降低,以減小幹擾; PT模式下,將伺服驅動器中1-00的參數設置成32; 變頻器和伺服可靠接地; 適當的調整2-26的設定值,以提高伺服的外部抗幹擾的能力; 如果伺服電機的噪音比較大,可以增大2-25的值,以減小電機噪音。 如果伺服在運行中,不是很平滑。說明伺服的參數調整的不好,可以借助Auto Controller Computation軟件,輸入伺服的功率、頻寬、慣量比。通過該軟件幫助我們算出2-00、2-02、2-04、2-06、2-23、2-24、2-25、2-26的參數值,在此基礎上,根據實際情況,再進行個別參數的調整。
