4.2.3.2運行方式
正常狀態,轉換開關QKqiezhizidongyunxinghuilu,youwenduchuanganqicedinglengquetachushuiwendu,zhuanhuanchengbiaozhundedianliuxinhao,songzhibianpinqidewendujianceqi,yongyukongzhilengquetafengjizhuansu,gaibianfengjidefengliang,congergaibianlengquetachushuiwendu;當1台風機運轉頻率接近工頻運行仍不能滿足要求時,將此變頻運行風機改為工頻運行,再變頻啟動另1台風機,直到滿足各生產裝置所需的循環水溫度≤32℃為止。整個控製係統為一個閉環調節係統。

4.2.4風機節能經濟分析
(1)由表1所示的冷卻塔運行參數可知:1#塔的處理能力隻是2#或3#塔的66%,但其處理1m3/h熱水風機電功率單耗確是2#塔與3#塔風機電功率單耗之平均值的1.783倍(即其大0.0313kW/m3/h),其原因是該塔填料仍為舊式低效填料,若將1#塔填料改用與2#塔相同性能的新型高效填料,則每小時處理能力就可提高1000m3。如按1#塔處理量為2000m3/h計算,每小時節電2000×0.0313=62.6kW,節能效果相當可觀。1#塔每年運行時間為3000h,更換填料需投資約45萬元。
收益率=3000×62.6×0.56/45×104×100%=23.37%。
(2)采用變頻調速方案,根據表3可得每年總收益值為8.883萬元,實施變頻控製需要投資約15萬元,收益率=8.883/15×100%=59.2%,約1.7年就能收回投資額,另外設備的折舊率大大降低,可見節能效果顯著。
