新開發的全自動絡筒機采用研華FPM-3060G彩色觸摸顯示器,人性化的菜單操作方式,可根據客戶需求對絡筒工序參數進行編輯、修改、儲存和參數加密等操作。
該係統采用研華具CAN總線通訊的AMAX-2050 FCE,實現多軸變頻電機運動控製工藝。並借助AMAX-2050 FCE高gao速su運yun算suan處chu理li的de特te點dian處chu理li複fu雜za的de數shu據ju信xin息xi,並bing且qie海hai量liang的de內nei存cun存cun儲chu滿man足zu了le儲chu存cun大da量liang生sheng產chan數shu據ju的de需xu求qiu,多duo樣yang化hua的de通tong訊xun接jie口kou連lian接jie多duo樣yang的de傳chuan感gan器qi,準zhun確que地di監jian測ce所suo有you隨sui機ji的de紗sha線xian張zhang力li變bian化hua。通tong過guo人ren機ji界jie麵mian的de顯xian示shi輸shu出chu,清qing晰xi地di顯xian示shi出chu複fu雜za的de操cao作zuo工gong藝yi畫hua麵mian。
