係統主要實現一下功能:
數據的輸入輸出處理,紫金橋軟件下麵連接了一台西門子PLC和兩塊羅斯蒙特質量流量計,分別用來采集現場的溫度、閥門開關信息和瞬時流量、密度和累計總量等。PLC也連接了相應的數字量輸出和模擬輸出分別用於控製現場的泵開關閥和兩個調節閥。采集到的數據進入DB之後存儲為曆史數據,以備用戶以後察看曲線,並根據預設條件判斷是否有報警產生。 調(tiao)和(he)人(ren)機(ji)交(jiao)互(hu)操(cao)作(zuo)界(jie)麵(mian),根(gen)據(ju)操(cao)作(zuo)工(gong)人(ren)設(she)定(ding)的(de)添(tian)加(jia)量(liang)按(an)照(zhao)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)先(xian)後(hou)順(shun)序(xu)依(yi)次(ci)打(da)開(kai)泵(beng)調(tiao)節(jie)閥(fa)開(kai)關(guan)閥(fa),進(jin)行(xing)打(da)料(liao)過(guo)程(cheng),在(zai)此(ci)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)自(zi)動(dong)實(shi)時(shi)計(ji)算(suan)添(tian)加(jia)量(liang),當(dang)達(da)到(dao)設(she)定(ding)量(liang)時(shi)關(guan)閉(bi)相(xiang)應(ying)設(she)備(bei),完(wan)成(cheng)原(yuan)料(liao)的(de)添(tian)加(jia),進(jin)入(ru)攪(jiao)拌(ban)環(huan)節(jie)。

暫(zan)停(ting)和(he)繼(ji)續(xu)調(tiao)合(he)功(gong)能(neng),由(you)於(yu)現(xian)場(chang)的(de)意(yi)外(wai)情(qing)況(kuang),比(bi)如(ru)原(yuan)料(liao)不(bu)足(zu),係(xi)統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)了(le)暫(zan)停(ting)功(gong)能(neng),在(zai)次(ci)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)係(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)的(de)記(ji)錄(lu)當(dang)前(qian)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai),當(dang)外(wai)部(bu)條(tiao)件(jian)滿(man)足(zu)時(shi),係(xi)統(tong)加(jia)載(zai)原(yuan)來(lai)保(bao)存(cun)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)繼(ji)續(xu)進(jin)行(xing)調(tiao)合(he)過(guo)程(cheng),減(jian)少(shao)操(cao)作(zuo)工(gong)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)強(qiang)度(du),並(bing)提(ti)高(gao)係(xi)統(tong)精(jing)度(du)。
