在工業控製係統中,上位機通常隻監控係統的運行,采集係統信號,以畫麵、報表、曲線等方式顯示係統狀態,簡單地下發一些開關量或模擬量信號,調節係統運行參數。而自控參數的運算由PLC或智能儀表來完成。其實紫金橋組態軟件完全能完成這些智能設備的功能,程序編寫也非常方便,減少設備投資。
下麵以某鍋爐供暖控製項目為例,介紹以紫金橋組態軟件為核心控製單元的工程的實現方法。

兩台4MW燃氣鍋爐,鍋爐配套有控製台,帶有觸摸屏和西門子200PLC,
兩台1.5KW 的 補水 泵
兩台 15KW 的屏蔽循環泵
一個軟化水箱。
這些設備由一台操作站來監控。軟化水箱的超高和 超低水位、xitongchaowenchaoyaxinhaozaicaozuotaichanshengbaojingxinxi。caozuorenyuantongguojiankonghuamianhenfangbiandilejieshebeiyunxingzhuangtai,bingketongguogaihuamianshoudongkongzhitiaojieshebeideyunxing。zhongyaodecanshukeqiehuandaoquxianchuangkou,bianyuguanchafenxi。

曲線監控窗口
鍋爐本身的控製台有觸摸屏和S7-200PLC;循環泵和補水泵電源來自於四台變頻器;控製室的空間狹窄, 采集係統信號的儀表櫃和 變頻器櫃的距離很小,變頻器的射頻等因素幹擾操作站的通訊是必然存在的問題。綜合考慮控製的獨立性、抗幹擾性、節能性,鍋爐采用反饋控製方式,即操作站不下發鍋爐的啟停信號,而通過輸出供暖量調節鍋爐的啟停; 供暖係統的信號由 儀表櫃中的S7-300PLC采集,上傳至操作站。用S7-300PLC采集信號和操作站通訊是為保證控製係統的穩定性,在強幹擾環境中, S7-300的抗幹擾能力遠優越於普通信號采集模塊;循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)和(he)補(bu)水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)自(zi)控(kong)功(gong)能(neng)由(you)操(cao)作(zuo)站(zhan)紫(zi)金(jin)橋(qiao)組(zu)態(tai)軟(ruan)件(jian)的(de)腳(jiao)本(ben)程(cheng)序(xu)編(bian)寫(xie)。也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)編(bian)寫(xie)兩(liang)個(ge)智(zhi)能(neng)設(she)備(bei)程(cheng)序(xu),分(fen)別(bie)是(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)恒(heng)壓(ya)補(bu)水(shui)控(kong)製(zhi)器(qi)和(he)氣(qi)候(hou)補(bu)償(chang)器(qi)。

bianpinhengyabushuikongzhiqiyongyukongzhibushuibeng,liangtaibushuibengyiyongyibei,dangyitaibengguzhangshilingyitaibengzidongtouruyunxing,zhubeibengdingshilunhuan,yiyanchangbengdeshouming,youcanshushedingchuangkoushedingbushuiyali,zutairuanjianbacaijideyalicanshuheshedingdeyalicanshubijiaoyunsuan,shuchubushuibengdeqitinghepinlvxinhao,yibaozhenggongnuanxitongdehengdingyali。xitongbushuishi,ruguoyitaibengdepinlvyidadao50HZ,運(yun)行(xing)一(yi)定(ding)時(shi)間(jian)還(hai)沒(mei)達(da)到(dao)設(she)定(ding)的(de)係(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)力(li),則(ze)該(gai)泵(beng)轉(zhuan)為(wei)工(gong)頻(pin),變(bian)頻(pin)啟(qi)動(dong)另(ling)一(yi)台(tai)泵(beng)以(yi)補(bu)充(chong)。氣(qi)候(hou)補(bu)償(chang)器(qi)用(yong)於(yu)控(kong)製(zhi)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)的(de)節(jie)能(neng)運(yun)行(xing),兩(liang)台(tai)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)一(yi)用(yong)一(yi)備(bei),主(zhu)備(bei)泵(beng)定(ding)時(shi)輪(lun)換(huan),一(yi)台(tai)泵(beng)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)另(ling)一(yi)台(tai)泵(beng)自(zi)動(dong)投(tou)入(ru)運(yun)行(xing)。由(you)參(can)數(shu)設(she)定(ding)窗(chuang)口(kou)設(she)定(ding)供(gong)暖(nuan)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)基(ji)準(zhun)壓(ya)差(cha),這(zhe)個(ge)參(can)數(shu)是(shi)保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)係(xi)統(tong)都(dou)能(neng)循(xun)環(huan)的(de)最(zui)小(xiao)壓(ya)差(cha)。壓(ya)差(cha)與(yu)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)成(cheng)正(zheng)比(bi),循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)運(yun)行(xing)頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)高(gao)低(di)又(you)決(jue)定(ding)了(le)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)大(da)小(xiao),流(liu)量(liang)與(yu)溫(wen)度(du)反(fan)映(ying)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)供(gong)熱(re)量(liang)。因(yin)此(ci)頻(pin)率(lv)越(yue)高(gao)供(gong)熱(re)量(liang)越(yue)大(da),反(fan)之(zhi)越(yue)小(xiao)。室(shi)外(wai)溫(wen)度(du)降(jiang)低(di)時(shi),用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)熱(re)能(neng)流(liu)失(shi)相(xiang)對(dui)增(zeng)大(da),為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)采(cai)暖(nuan)溫(wen)度(du),就(jiu)需(xu)要(yao)增(zeng)大(da)供(gong)熱(re)量(liang)來(lai)補(bu)充(chong)流(liu)失(shi)的(de)熱(re)能(neng),反(fan)之(zhi)室(shi)外(wai)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao)時(shi)相(xiang)對(dui)減(jian)小(xiao)供(gong)熱(re)量(liang),節(jie)約(yue)能(neng)源(yuan)。具(ju)體(ti)實(shi)現(xian)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)就(jiu)是(shi)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)隨(sui)室(shi)外(wai)溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)而(er)自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)節(jie)。供(gong)熱(re)量(liang)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),反(fan)饋(kui)到(dao)熱(re)源(yuan)(鍋爐),就jiu是shi熱re功gong率lv變bian化hua,鍋guo爐lu操cao作zuo台tai跟gen據ju設she定ding的de參can數shu和he熱re功gong需xu求qiu量liang自zi動dong調tiao節jie鍋guo爐lu的de啟qi停ting。這zhe就jiu是shi氣qi候hou補bu償chang節jie能neng運yun行xing反fan饋kui控kong製zhi的de原yuan理li。通tong常chang氣qi候hou補bu償chang器qi通tong過guo采cai集ji室shi外wai溫wen度du,輸shu出chu模mo擬ni量liang控kong製zhi板ban式shi換huan熱re器qi一yi次ci側ce電dian動dong三san通tong閥fa的de開kai度du,從cong而er調tiao節jie供gong熱re量liang。在zai該gai係xi統tong中zhong沒mei有you換huan熱re環huan節jie,由you鍋guo爐lu直zhi接jie供gong熱re。所suo以yi由you氣qi候hou補bu償chang的de信xin號hao直zhi接jie調tiao節jie變bian頻pin器qi的de頻pin率lv。
