在此處例舉的糧食幹燥係統是一個以幹燥玉米為主,日處理量可達500噸的大型係統,這一係統采用糧食烘幹塔通過熱風烘幹,幹燥工藝一次降水率達14%,在整個工藝流程中原糧經過圓篩篩選、風選、tongguoyuanliangtishengjijinruyuanliangcangchucun,zaiyoushusongjijingyoutaqiantishengjijinruhongganta,yuanliangzaizheliliyongrefenghonggantongguolengfengjiangwen,zuihoujinruganliangcang。zijinqiaoruanjianfuzeduizheyiguochengdeshishijianshihekongzhi,tongshibaokuoduirefengchanshengguocheng、各個風機的啟停的監控。工藝流程如下圖所示:
