一、前言
我國的油田多為低滲透的低能、低產油田,不像中東的油田那樣具有很強的自噴能力,大部分油田要靠注水壓油入井,再靠抽油機把油從地層中提升上來。以水換油、以電換油是我國油田的現實,電費在我國的石油開采成本中占了很大比例。因此,石油行業十分重視節約電能。
在我國的石油開采中,機械采油井占絕大多數,其中有杆采油(有杆抽油井)占總機械采油的90%以上。全國產油量70%以(yi)上(shang)靠(kao)有(you)杆(gan)抽(chou)油(you)機(ji)來(lai)完(wan)成(cheng)。其(qi)能(neng)耗(hao)已(yi)占(zhan)油(you)田(tian)能(neng)耗(hao)的(de)三(san)分(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)。全(quan)國(guo)每(mei)年(nian)耗(hao)電(dian)約(yue)四(si)十(shi)二(er)億(yi)人(ren)民(min)幣(bi)。由(you)於(yu)各(ge)油(you)田(tian)每(mei)年(nian)要(yao)有(you)幾(ji)千(qian)口(kou)新(xin)井(jing)投(tou)入(ru)生(sheng)產(chan),連(lian)同(tong)原(yuan)有(you)設(she)備(bei)更(geng)新(xin),每(mei)年(nian)要(yao)新(xin)增(zeng)幾(ji)千(qian)台(tai)抽(chou)油(you)機(ji)。抽(chou)油(you)機(ji)在(zai)我(wo)國(guo)石(shi)油(you)開(kai)采(cai)有(you)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)地(di)位(wei)。
目前,在油田采用的抽油設備中,以遊梁式抽油機最為普遍,數量也最多。2003年,勝利油田某采油廠采用普傳變頻器對抽油機實施改造油井泵效率顯著提高,日均增油2噸,節電率達到30%以上,下麵簡單介紹節能改造的原理和操作方案。
二、遊梁式抽油機工作原理

除上述兩方麵問題外,油田采油的特殊地理環境決定了采油設備有其獨特的運行特點:在油井開采前期儲油量大,供液足,為提高功效可采用工頻運行,保證較高產油量;在zai中zhong後hou期qi,由you於yu石shi油you儲chu量liang減jian少shao,易yi造zao成cheng供gong液ye不bu足zu,電dian動dong機ji若ruo仍reng工gong頻pin運yun行xing,勢shi必bi浪lang費fei電dian能neng,造zao成cheng不bu必bi要yao損sun耗hao,這zhe時shi須xu考kao慮lv實shi際ji工gong作zuo情qing況kuang,適shi當dang降jiang低di電dian動dong機ji轉zhuan速su,減jian少shao衝chong程cheng,有you效xiao提ti高gao充chong盈ying率lv。
三、對遊梁式抽油機的交流變頻調速技術改造的主要優點:
(1)提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)網(wang)質(zhi)量(liang),減(jian)小(xiao)對(dui)電(dian)網(wang)影(ying)響(xiang)。這(zhe)主(zhu)要(yao)集(ji)中(zhong)在(zai)供(gong)電(dian)企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)電(dian)網(wang)質(zhi)量(liang)要(yao)求(qiu)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)場(chang)合(he),為(wei)避(bi)免(mian)電(dian)網(wang)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)下(xia)降(jiang),需(xu)引(yin)入(ru)變(bian)頻(pin)控(kong)製(zhi),其(qi)主(zhu)要(yao)目(mu)的(de)就(jiu)是(shi)減(jian)小(xiao)抽(chou)油(you)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程(cheng)對(dui)電(dian)網(wang)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。
(2)節能。一方麵,油田抽油機為克服大的起動轉矩,采用的電動機遠遠大於實際所需功率,工作時電動機利用率一般為20%~30%,最高不會超過50%,電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)常(chang)處(chu)於(yu)輕(qing)載(zai)狀(zhuang)態(tai),造(zao)成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)浪(lang)費(fei)。另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian),抽(chou)油(you)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)連(lian)續(xu)變(bian)化(hua),取(qu)決(jue)於(yu)地(di)下(xia)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai),若(ruo)始(shi)終(zhong)處(chu)於(yu)工(gong)頻(pin)運(yun)行(xing),也(ye)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)能(neng)浪(lang)費(fei)。為(wei)了(le)節(jie)能(neng),提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率(lv),需(xu)進(jin)行(xing)變(bian)頻(pin)改(gai)造(zao)。
具體節能改造的實施方案有以下兩種
(一)、簡單降速方式:直接加裝變頻器並將電動機運行頻率降下來,降低電機轉速,增加每個衝程的時間,達到節能效果。實際應用中能達到15%-30%的節電效果。
(二)、變化衝程方式:jingguoshicejingkuangheyoushuibili,genjuyouliangshichouyoujideyunxingtexing,duimeigechongchengzhongxiajianghetishengshezhibutongdepinlv,suishitiaozhengdiandongjidezhuansu,chouyouganmansuxiajiangkuaisutisheng,bujindadaojiedianxiaoguo,erqienenggouyouxiaoditiaozhengyoushuibili,tigaochanliang。shijiyingyongzhongduijin40台改造後的遊梁式抽油機現場實測,較工頻運行時平均節電38%,如果再計算產油量的提高,綜合效益非常可觀。
四、實際應用中容易出現的問題及解決方法

使用環境對變頻調速係統的影響不容忽視,變頻調速係統安裝位置大多數是野外的抽油機附近,降雨、結露、潮濕、冰凍、灰塵、昆蟲、小動物都會對變頻器造成嚴重損害,同時還要防盜。這些情況要在安裝之初就充分解決,目前大多數現場采用的辦法是雙層、fangshuifangchenpeidianguilaijiejueshangshuwenti。zheyangjibenshangnengjiejueyewaizuoyedehuanjingyingxiang,danshitongshizaochengsanrebuliangdewenti,weibaozhengzhengchanggongzuo,xuyaozaibianpinqirongliangdexuanzeshangchongfenkaolv。
dianwangzhiliangduibianpinqideyingxiangyehenda,youliangshichouyoujidegongdianxianlujiaoyuan,dianwangrongyichanshengbodong,henduoduidianwangwendingyaoqiugaodebianpinqihuijingchangchuxianguodianyahuozheqiandianyabaohu,yinweipuchuanbianpinqijubeishiyingdianwangbodongjiaodachangheshiyongdetexing,suoyiyingyongpuchuanbianpinqiyilai,suirandianwangyoujiaodabodong(310V――430V)之間,一直能夠正常運行。
野外安裝,防雷擊也是重要方麵,在安裝時要注意設置避雷裝置。
【結論】:變頻技術因其節能、利於提高工藝水平、方便構成自控係統的優勢,在各個行業得到越來越過廣泛的應用。應用變頻調速是企業提高工藝水平、節能挖潛、增加效益的重要途徑,今後必將得到更廣泛的應用,為企業創造巨大的效益。
