輸送設備軸的校直方法
1)冷直法
(1)
輸送設備利用手搖螺旋壓力機校直
軸(zhou)徑(jing)較(jiao)小(xiao)及(ji)彎(wan)曲(qu)較(jiao)大(da)時(shi),可(ke)采(cai)用(yong)此(ci)法(fa)。首(shou)先(xian)將(jiang)軸(zhou)放(fang)在(zai)三(san)角(jiao)缺(que)口(kou)塊(kuai)內(nei)架(jia)住(zhu),或(huo)放(fang)在(zai)機(ji)床(chuang)上(shang)利(li)用(yong)頂(ding)針(zhen)頂(ding)住(zhu)軸(zhou)的(de)兩(liang)端(duan),然(ran)後(hou)將(jiang)軸(zhou)彎(wan)曲(qu)的(de)凸(tu)麵(mian)頂(ding)點(dian)朝(chao)上(shang)。用(yong)螺(luo)旋(xuan)壓(ya)力(li)機(ji)壓(ya)住(zhu)凸(tu)起(qi)頂(ding)點(dian),向(xiang)下(xia)頂(ding)壓(ya),直(zhi)到(dao)軸(zhou)校(xiao)直(zhi)為(wei)止(zhi)。
(2)輸送設備利用撚棒敲打校直
軸zhou徑jing較jiao大da及ji彎wan曲qu較jiao小xiao時shi,可ke以yi采cai用yong此ci法fa。這zhe個ge方fang法fa是shi利li用yong撚nian棒bang來lai冷leng打da軸zhou的de彎wan曲qu凹ao麵mian,使shi軸zhou在zai此ci處chu表biao麵mian延yan伸shen而er較jiao直zhi。撚nian棒bang應ying由you硬ying度du低di於yu輸shu送song設she備bei軸zhou硬ying度du的de材cai料liao製zhi成cheng,或huo在zai硬ying度du高gao的de材cai料liao上shang鑲xiang銅tong套tao,撚nian棒bang的de邊bian緣yuan必bi須xu有you園yuan角jiao。
在直軸時,將軸的凹麵朝上,並支持住最大彎曲的凸麵頂點。在兩端用拉緊裝置向下加壓,然後利用1-2公gong斤jin重zhong的de錘chui子zi敲qiao打da撚nian棒bang,使shi軸zhou的de凹ao麵mian材cai料liao受shou敲qiao打da而er延yan伸shen。撚nian打da時shi,先xian自zi最zui低di凹ao麵mian中zhong央yang進jin行xing敲qiao打da,逐zhu漸jian移yi向xiang兩liang側ce,並bing沿yan圓yuan周zhou三san分fen之zhi一yi的de弧hu麵mian上shang進jin行xing,但dan越yue往wang中zhong央yang敲qiao打da密mi度du應ying當dang越yue大da。
軸的校直量與敲打次數通常成正比。注意最初敲打時,軸校直較快,以後較慢。敲打時應注意掌握撚棒,勿損傷軸的表麵。
(3)輸送設備用螺旋千斤頂較直
當軸的彎曲量不大時(為軸長的1%以下),keyizailengtaixiayongluoxuanqianjindingjiaozhi。zaijiaozhishi,kaolvdaozhoudehuidan,yaoguojiaoyixie,cainengbaozhengjiaozhenghoudezhoubijiaozhengzhi。zhezhongfangfadejingdukedadaomeimi0.05-0.15毫米。
