引言:5月3日上午,亞洲首條柔性直流輸電示範工程——shanghainanhuifengdianchangrouxingzhiliushudiangongchengchenggongtourushiyunxing,zheshiwoguodiyitiaoyongyouwanquanzizhuzhishichanquan,juyoushijieyiliushuipingderouxingzhiliushudianxianlu,yeshiwoguozaidagonglvdianlidianzilingyuqudedeyouyizhongdachuangxinchengguo。erzuijinfengdianxingyefengjituowangwentipinxian,zhehuoxuyeweicitigongleyigekexingdejiejuefangan。

“通(tong)俗(su)地(di)講(jiang),在(zai)現(xian)有(you)的(de)電(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)使(shi)用(yong)了(le)柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong),相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)在(zai)電(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)接(jie)入(ru)了(le)一(yi)個(ge)閥(fa)門(men)和(he)電(dian)源(yuan),它(ta)不(bu)僅(jin)可(ke)以(yi)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)控(kong)製(zhi)其(qi)上(shang)麵(mian)通(tong)過(guo)的(de)電(dian)能(neng),隔(ge)離(li)電(dian)網(wang)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)擴(kuo)散(san),而(er)且(qie)還(hai)能(neng)根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)網(wang)需(xu)求(qiu),自(zi)身(shen)快(kuai)速(su)、靈活、可調地發出或者吸收一部分能量。”中國電科院賀之淵博士介紹道,“這對優化電網的潮流分布,增強電網穩定性,提升電網的智能化和可控性,都具有一定的作用。”

交流並網的技術瓶頸
目前,使用交流並網是絕大多數風電場並網的選擇。但是風電場通過交流並網目前普遍存在一些技術瓶頸:

而使用柔性直流輸電電纜理論上沒有距離限製,所以當超過一定的等價距離後,一般大於50~100千米,使用直流並網是最合理的選擇。
常規直流輸電存問題
常規直流需要所連交流係統提供換相電壓,比較容易發生換相失敗的故障,這對於風電場來說大大降低了其安全穩定運行的能力。
常規直流在傳輸同樣容量的功率時,比交流和柔性直流輸電方案的占地麵積要大得多(兩倍以上),因此不適合風電場使用。
常規直流在傳輸較小容量時,與交流和柔性直流輸電相比單位造價較高,因此不適合用於風電場並網。

柔性直流輸電對可再生能源發展意義重大
從柔性直流輸電技術本身來說,它能夠給風電場提供良好的動態無功支撐,避免風電場的無功補償設備投資;tongshitigongyouyidebingwangxingneng,fangzhifengdianchangdedianyabodongduijiaoliuxitongdeyingxiang,bingtongshigaishanfengdianchangduixitongbodongdekangganraonengli。youyunenggoutigongdianyazhichengzuoyong,tahainengdafudutishengfengdianchangzaijiaoliuxitongfashengguzhangqingkuangxiadedidianyachuanyuenengli;lingwai,youyurouxingzhiliushudianbushoujulixianzhi,yinciyeshiguowaidaxingyuanjulihaishangfengdianchangbingwangdeweiyixuanze。jiyuyishangxianzhuyoushi,rouxingzhiliushudianmuqianyichengweiguojishanggongrendefengdianchangbingwangdezuijiajishufangan。
目前柔性直流輸電換流站的單位成本大約為常規直流輸電的1.5倍(bei)左(zuo)右(you),但(dan)是(shi)隨(sui)著(zhe)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)改(gai)進(jin)以(yi)及(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)大(da)量(liang)應(ying)用(yong),其(qi)造(zao)價(jia)也(ye)在(zai)逐(zhu)漸(jian)降(jiang)低(di)。尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)當(dang)傳(chuan)輸(shu)距(ju)離(li)較(jiao)長(chang)時(shi),使(shi)用(yong)柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)方(fang)案(an)與(yu)交(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)相(xiang)比(bi)其(qi)技(ji)術(shu)經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing)就(jiu)更(geng)為(wei)優(you)越(yue)。因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)我(wo)國(guo)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)(尤其是海上風電場)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)開(kai)發(fa)利(li)用(yong)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)多(duo)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)推(tui)廣(guang)應(ying)用(yong),對(dui)於(yu)滿(man)足(zu)我(wo)國(guo)清(qing)潔(jie)高(gao)效(xiao)的(de)能(neng)源(yuan)利(li)用(yong)的(de)需(xu)要(yao),有(you)著(zhe)顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)意(yi)義(yi)。
