在注塑製品成本構成中,電費占了相當比例。依據注塑機設備工藝情況,注塑機油泵馬達耗占整個設備耗電量的比例高達50%~65%,因而也極具節能潛力。旨在降低能量損耗的各種先進節能控製技術,正在逐漸成為注塑機電液係統的研究重點。
