測量技術的發展動向

提高生產效率的條件及其與測量工程的關係主要表現在三個方麵,即縮短交貨日期、提高產品質量和降低加工成本。本文即以此為切入點,結合第20屆日本國際機床展覽會上的量儀展品,介紹測量技術的發展動向。
測量技術的發展趨勢

提高效率的測量技術
非接觸式高速形狀測量技術

OPTON公司展出一種高速Moire 3D攝像機,它可高速獲取一定範圍內的形狀數據,並進行計算,實時顯示測量結果。該機可按10000coma/秒的速度測量50×50~1000×1000mm範圍內的形狀。例如,可用於振動、位移解析或波麵的觀察、在線測量等領域。
測量功能的綜合化
綜合化也稱複合化,它包含兩個方麵的含義,一是提高測量機的功能,增加檢測項目;另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)是(shi)擴(kuo)大(da)檢(jian)測(ce)範(fan)圍(wei),一(yi)台(tai)測(ce)量(liang)機(ji)配(pei)有(you)多(duo)個(ge)方(fang)式(shi)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi),可(ke)分(fen)別(bie)檢(jian)測(ce)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)對(dui)象(xiang)。過(guo)去(qu)需(xu)使(shi)用(yong)多(duo)台(tai)測(ce)量(liang)機(ji)才(cai)能(neng)完(wan)成(cheng)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)作(zuo)業(ye),現(xian)在(zai)用(yong)一(yi)台(tai)多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)測(ce)量(liang)機(ji)即(ji)可(ke)完(wan)成(cheng),因(yin)此(ci),可(ke)大(da)幅(fu)度(du)提(ti)高(gao)測(ce)量(liang)作(zuo)業(ye)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)測(ce)量(liang)精(jing)度(du)。
德國Mahr公gong司si在zai會hui上shang展zhan出chu了le一yi台tai多duo功gong能neng測ce量liang機ji,它ta在zai圓yuan度du測ce量liang機ji的de基ji礎chu上shang,附fu加jia了le坐zuo標biao測ce量liang機ji的de功gong能neng。作zuo為wei圓yuan度du測ce量liang機ji,要yao求qiu具ju有you良liang好hao的de高gao精jing度du回hui轉zhuan軸zhou和heZ軸驅動機構,然後將長行程Y軸與X軸的驅動機構與之組合起來,采用轉環式測頭,這樣該機即具有坐標測量機的功能。這種測量機可測量圓度、圓柱度、平行度等幾何誤差,也可測量直徑、級差等長度和角度。該機的測量範圍為300(X)×600(Y)×700(Z)mm,測量長度時的精度U1=1.2+L/500µm,U2=1.5+L/300µm,U3=2.0+L/300µm。

在半導體、電子零件或成形用微小模具、塑料製品等複雜細小零件的尺寸、形狀測量方麵,可采用配裝顯微鏡、CCD攝像機、圖像處理設備的非接觸式坐標測量機。日本的一些光學機器、測量器、家電等生產廠家,在定位、聚焦、照明、棱邊檢測等技術領域,已開發出一些各具特色的檢測製品,近年來,多數製品均已普及推廣應用。

為用戶提供方便的產品

不斷提高測量儀器的質量
提高測量水平與新型關鍵技術
伯bo阿e脫tuo公gong司si在zai會hui上shang展zhan出chu了le一yi台tai多duo傳chuan感gan器qi三san坐zuo標biao測ce量liang機ji,該gai機ji采cai用yong了le新xin的de測ce量liang原yuan理li,機ji上shang配pei裝zhuang了le稱cheng作zuo光guang纖xian測ce頭tou的de微wei小xiao球qiu體ti,微wei小xiao球qiu體ti作zuo為wei接jie觸chu式shi測ce頭tou使shi用yong;tongshi,youyutatongxianweijingtuxiangchulidefeijiechushiceliangzhuangzhixianglianjie,yinci,keduiweixiaokongdebiancaochicunxingzhuangjinxinggaojingduceliang。liyongcizhongxinxingcetoukeduiφ50~100µm的微小孔進行精密測量。微小球體端部的最小半徑為12.5µm,球qiu體ti與yu光guang纖xian連lian接jie在zai一yi起qi,既ji可ke作zuo為wei測ce頭tou使shi用yong,同tong時shi還hai可ke充chong作zuo照zhao明ming裝zhuang置zhi。這zhe種zhong光guang纖xian測ce頭tou具ju有you良liang好hao的de撓nao曲qu特te性xing,讓rang其qi接jie觸chu微wei小xiao孔kong內nei璧bi,通tong過guo光guang纖xian照zhao明ming的de球qiu體ti位wei置zhi,可ke由youCCD傳感器檢測出來,進行圖象處理後,即可計算出小孔的尺寸、形狀。過去,測量微小盲孔或深孔中間部位的尺寸、形狀,通常都采用CCDchuanganqihuojiguangchuanganqi,youyuxichuizhizhaoming,guangliangduyouxian,jianceshibunenghuodezugoudeguangliang,yincishenkongzhongjianbuweideceliangshifenkunnan。boetuogongsidexinxingjishukefuleqijinceliangshenkongchicun、形狀的難點,非常便於在生產現場對微小零件進行多種測量和檢查。
Zygo公司展出了一台非接觸式三坐標表麵形狀測量機,型號為New Bure 5000,其縱向分辨率為0.1nm,可高速測量精密加工零件的微細形狀。最大測量範圍為5.2mm×7.0mm,縱向最大測量範圍為5mm。與裝有掃描測頭顯微鏡等高分辨率的測量機相比,Zygo公gong司si的de新xin產chan品pin可ke在zai縱zong向xiang和he橫heng向xiang的de極ji廣guang範fan圍wei內nei進jin行xing三san維wei測ce量liang。該gai測ce量liang機ji利li用yong了le具ju有you白bai色se光guang幹gan涉she條tiao紋wen的de相xiang位wei調tiao製zhi幹gan涉she方fang式shi和he獨du家jia開kai發fa的de高gao速su解jie析xi軟ruan件jian等deng新xin技ji術shu,其qi縱zong向xiang掃sao描miao速su度du為wei10.5µm/s,其特點是分辨率高,可進行較廣範圍的高速測量作業。
西(xi)鐵(tie)城(cheng)鍾(zhong)表(biao)公(gong)司(si)與(yu)另(ling)一(yi)公(gong)司(si)合(he)作(zuo)開(kai)發(fa)出(chu)一(yi)種(zhong)利(li)用(yong)並(bing)行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)複(fu)合(he)式(shi)載(zai)物(wu)台(tai),具(ju)有(you)六(liu)自(zi)由(you)度(du)定(ding)位(wei)功(gong)能(neng),深(shen)受(shou)觀(guan)眾(zhong)注(zhu)目(mu)。該(gai)機(ji)采(cai)用(yong)公(gong)司(si)自(zi)製(zhi)球(qiu)軸(zhou)承(cheng),載(zai)物(wu)台(tai)堅(jian)固(gu)耐(nai)用(yong),位(wei)置(zhi)及(ji)置(zhi)放(fang)形(xing)式(shi)易(yi)於(yu)控(kong)製(zhi)。其(qi)行(xing)程(cheng)如(ru)下(xia):X、Y為25mm,Z為10mm,定位精度0.3µm。

控製工藝過程的測量技術
英國Renishaw公司展出了新開發的NCI非(fei)接(jie)觸(chu)工(gong)具(ju)測(ce)量(liang)係(xi)統(tong),主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)於(yu)機(ji)床(chuang)上(shang)工(gong)具(ju)的(de)調(tiao)整(zheng)和(he)運(yun)轉(zhuan)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)監(jian)視(shi)。該(gai)係(xi)統(tong)應(ying)用(yong)了(le)可(ke)視(shi)激(ji)光(guang),便(bian)於(yu)對(dui)工(gong)具(ju)位(wei)置(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)隨(sui)機(ji)測(ce)量(liang),可(ke)縮(suo)短(duan)定(ding)位(wei)時(shi)間(jian)和(he)防(fang)止(zhi)因(yin)工(gong)具(ju)不(bu)當(dang)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)失(shi)誤(wu),使(shi)加(jia)工(gong)效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)加(jia)工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)得(de)到(dao)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)。
日本三豐公司展出了新開發的Measur Linkxilie,zheshiyizhongceliangshujuwangluoxitong,keyishishihuizonghejiexicelianggongxusuohuoqudechanpinzhiliangxiangguanshuju,shengchanxianheguanlibumenliyonggaixitongtigongdeshuju,jinxingzhiliangguanli。sanfenggongsiweicikaifaleyixiliexiangguanruanjian,gongyonghuxuanyong。liru,qizhongyouyizhonggongceliangbumenyingyongdegongyiguanlichengxu,takejianggezhongceliangyiqihuoqudeceliangshujusongzhiweijizhongduan,binghuizhichengguanlituhuoshiyitu,shishixianshichulai,bianyuzaoqifaxianyichangxianxiang,keyouxiaofangzhijiagongbuliangqingkuangdechuxian。

努力降低測量成本
長期以來,測量、檢查工作大都要求設置恒溫室,以提高測量的可靠性;恒heng溫wen室shi溫wen度du的de調tiao節jie範fan圍wei越yue狹xia小xiao,維wei護hu控kong製zhi費fei用yong也ye越yue高gao。因yin此ci,用yong戶hu希xi望wang購gou買mai那na種zhong在zai廣guang泛fan的de溫wen度du範fan圍wei內nei仍reng能neng充chong分fen發fa揮hui其qi性xing能neng的de測ce量liang儀yi器qi,以yi降jiang低di測ce量liang成cheng本ben。
三豐公司展出一台新開發的柔性測量機QM-Measure,zheshiyizhongtaishisanzuobiaoceliangjidejianhuaxingjizhong,keyongyushengchanxianchangjinxingjiancezuoye。gaijizonghelegezhongbiaoleiliangjudegongneng,keshoudaochangqijiangdiceliangchengbendexiaoguo。gaijifuyouwendubuchanggongneng,kezai15~30℃的溫度條件下使用。
蔡司和東京精密公司聯合開發的PRISMO測量機,也是一種用於生產現場的CNC三坐標測量機,保證測量精度的溫度條件為16~30℃。這種測量機的指示誤差為E=20+L/300µm,測量誤差為R=1.8µm,是一種高精度測量機種。
