3月24日,記者從國機重型裝備集團股份有限公司獲悉,重型裝備精密測量聯合研究中心近日在德陽揭牌成立。該中心由國機重裝(德陽)jiancejishuyouxiangongsiyutianjindaxuejingmiceshijishujiyiqiquanguozhongdianshiyanshigongtongzujian,shisichuanshengneishougeweiraozhongxingzhuangbeijingmiceliangjinxingjishugongguanjichengguozhuanhuadechuangxinpingtai。
“隨著行業不斷轉型升級,數字化、智能化、自動化幾何量精密測量技術越來越多地應用於重型裝備研製過程中。”重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)精(jing)密(mi)測(ce)量(liang)聯(lian)合(he)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)相(xiang)關(guan)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)向(xiang)中(zhong)國(guo)工(gong)業(ye)報(bao)記(ji)者(zhe)介(jie)紹(shao),該(gai)中(zhong)心(xin)作(zuo)為(wei)創(chuang)新(xin)鏈(lian)與(yu)產(chan)業(ye)鏈(lian)貫(guan)通(tong)合(he)作(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)成(cheng)果(guo),將(jiang)有(you)力(li)推(tui)進(jin)先(xian)進(jin)製(zhi)造(zao)精(jing)密(mi)測(ce)量(liang)技(ji)術(shu)創(chuang)新(xin)發(fa)展(zhan),以(yi)解(jie)決(jue)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)質(zhi)量(liang)檢(jian)測(ce)和(he)高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)過(guo)程(cheng)調(tiao)控(kong)難(nan)題(ti),為(wei)我(wo)國(guo)裝(zhuang)備(bei)製(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)展(zhan)注(zhu)入(ru)新(xin)動(dong)能(neng)。
重型裝備的生產製造對精度有著極高要求,高精度的測量是保障裝備性能與質量的關鍵環節。以重型機床為例,其自身重量在10-30噸為大型機床,30-100噸屬於重型機床,超過100噸則是超重型機床。像加工直徑25米的超重型數控立式銑車床、鏜杆直徑Φ320mm的落地式銑鏜床等,在生產製造過程中,對零部件的尺寸精度、形狀精度以及裝配精度等的測量,直接關係到機床最終的加工精度和穩定性。一旦測量出現偏差,可能導致機床在運行過程中出現振動、噪聲過大,甚至影響加工工件的質量,降低設備的使用壽命。

聯合研究中心將依托國機重裝重大技術裝備極限製造能力和天津大學精密測試技術及儀器全國重點實驗室基礎研究能力,開展“基礎研究-技術開發-成果應用”全鏈條合作。中心將聚焦智能視覺在線測量、先進光學檢測、weinaceshiyuzhinengchuangandengqianyanjishushishilianhegongguan。biruzaizhinengshijiaozaixianceliangfangmian,liyongxianjindetuxiangshibiejishuhesuanfa,duizhongxingzhuangbeizhizaoguochengzhongdelingbujianjinxingshishi、gaojingdudechicunhexingzhuangceliang,nenggoukuaisufaxianshengchanguochengzhongdepianchabingjishitiaozheng,tigaoshengchanxiaolvhechanpinzhiliang。zaixianjinguangxuejiancejishushang,jiezhujiguanggansheyidengguangxueyiqi,duizhongxingzhuangbeidebiaomianweiguanxingmao、內部缺陷等進行高精度檢測,為產品質量提供可靠保障。
未來,聯合研究中心還將深化項目共研、人才共育、標(biao)準(zhun)共(gong)建(jian),以(yi)高(gao)水(shui)平(ping)精(jing)密(mi)測(ce)量(liang)技(ji)術(shu)成(cheng)果(guo)推(tui)動(dong)重(zhong)大(da)技(ji)術(shu)裝(zhuang)備(bei)產(chan)業(ye)升(sheng)級(ji),切(qie)實(shi)將(jiang)科(ke)技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)現(xian)實(shi)生(sheng)產(chan)力(li),服(fu)務(wu)支(zhi)撐(cheng)我(wo)國(guo)高(gao)端(duan)裝(zhuang)備(bei)製(zhi)造(zao)精(jing)密(mi)檢(jian)測(ce)領(ling)域(yu)自(zi)主(zhu)可(ke)控(kong),助(zhu)力(li)重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)行(xing)業(ye)在(zai)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)製(zhi)造(zao)之(zhi)路(lu)上(shang)穩(wen)步(bu)邁(mai)進(jin)。
