危機當前,自動化企業如何打好行業牌?

   編者語:經(jing)濟(ji)危(wei)機(ji)當(dang)前(qian),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)企(qi)業(ye)也(ye)迎(ying)來(lai)了(le)前(qian)所(suo)未(wei)有(you)的(de)挑(tiao)戰(zhan)。麵(mian)對(dui)著(zhe)嚴(yan)峻(jun)的(de)形(xing)勢(shi),很(hen)多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)選(xuan)擇(ze)了(le)以(yi)自(zi)身(shen)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)去(qu)迎(ying)接(jie)寒(han)風(feng)的(de)洗(xi)禮(li),而(er)究(jiu)竟(jing)如(ru)何(he)變(bian)化(hua)才(cai)能(neng)使(shi)自(zi)己(ji)絕(jue)處(chu)逢(feng)生(sheng)?麵(mian)對(dui)這(zhe)一(yi)局(ju)勢(shi),很多企業不約而同地打出了行業牌,希望通過對行業的深入關注能幫助自己擺脫危機。

  盡管在對各自行業戰略的表述上,不同的企業各有千秋,但其采取行業戰略的本質內容,大體上卻不外乎以下幾點:一方麵,將原來以產品類別或覆蓋區域為導向的銷售模式,轉變為以行業為銷售導向的模式;另一方麵,加強了對行業內大客戶的管理和動態掌握;第三方麵,在企業結構上,將部門或團隊按照所服務的行業進行重組;最後,在市場行銷手段上加以配合,使宣傳活動與參與展會等手段更加有針對性。

  那麼,自動化企業如果想利用更加務實的行業戰略,贏得在危機中的堅守與成功,有哪些問題是需要注意的呢?

  業務結構  配合市場戰略
