無源電子式互感器前景光明

  研發現狀

  無源電子式電流互感器基於Faraday磁(ci)光(guang)效(xiao)應(ying)原(yuan)理(li),從(cong)早(zao)期(qi)的(de)磁(ci)光(guang)玻(bo)璃(li)發(fa)展(zhan)到(dao)了(le)今(jin)天(tian)用(yong)全(quan)光(guang)纖(xian)來(lai)實(shi)現(xian)。與(yu)磁(ci)光(guang)玻(bo)璃(li)型(xing)電(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)相(xiang)比(bi),全(quan)光(guang)纖(xian)型(xing)電(dian)流(liu)互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)從(cong)原(yuan)理(li)和(he)工(gong)藝(yi)上(shang)利(li)用(yong)了(le)光(guang)纖(xian)陀(tuo)螺(luo)的(de)技(ji)術(shu),是(shi)對(dui)光(guang)纖(xian)陀(tuo)螺(luo)在(zai)電(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)感(gan)技(ji)術(shu)上(shang)的(de)移(yi)植(zhi),可(ke)以(yi)克(ke)服(fu)磁(ci)光(guang)玻(bo)璃(li)電(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)受(shou)溫(wen)度(du)、振動等因素的影響;lingwai,guangxianshuyurouxingcailiao,ketongguotiaojieguangxianzashushiquanguangxianxingdianliuchuanganqishiyingyukuanfanweidedianliuceliang。muqian,gaixiangjishuzaiguoneiwaidoudedaolejiaohaodekaifa, NXTPHASE公司(被阿海琺公司收購)、ABB公司等均研發成功了全光纖電流互感器,NXTPHASE公司的全光纖電流互感器已在多個國家和地區掛網運行,ABB公司研發的全光纖電流互感器也被成功應用到電解行業的直流大電流測量。

  存在的問題

  由(you)於(yu)國(guo)內(nei)企(qi)業(ye)及(ji)科(ke)研(yan)單(dan)位(wei)對(dui)無(wu)源(yuan)電(dian)子(zi)式(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)尚(shang)處(chu)於(yu)起(qi)步(bu)階(jie)段(duan),研(yan)製(zhi)的(de)樣(yang)機(ji)也(ye)很(hen)難(nan)達(da)到(dao)電(dian)力(li)係(xi)統(tong)長(chang)期(qi)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。有(you)些(xie)單(dan)位(wei)研(yan)製(zhi)出(chu)的(de)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)雖(sui)然(ran)在(zai)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)能(neng)達(da)到(dao)預(yu)期(qi)的(de)準(zhun)確(que)度(du)指(zhi)標(biao),但(dan)易(yi)受(shou)溫(wen)度(du)、氣壓、zhendongdenghuanjingyinsudeyingxiang,qiyuanyinshi,yifangmianchuangancailiaoshangweinengdadaolixiangdexingnengyaoqiu,lingyifangmianshishengchanhuanjiedegedaogongyiyaoqiufeichangjingxi,guoneimuqiandegongyijishuhennandadaoyaoqiu。

  因(yin)此(ci),研(yan)製(zhi)無(wu)源(yuan)電(dian)壓(ya)互(hu)感(gan)器(qi),需(xu)要(yao)在(zai)現(xian)有(you)的(de)材(cai)料(liao)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)下(xia),解(jie)決(jue)傳(chuan)感(gan)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)問(wen)題(ti)。雖(sui)然(ran)在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)技(ji)術(shu)現(xian)狀(zhuang)下(xia),解(jie)決(jue)材(cai)料(liao)性(xing)能(neng)問(wen)題(ti)並(bing)不(bu)能(neng)在(zai)短(duan)期(qi)內(nei)實(shi)現(xian)。但(dan)國(guo)內(nei)企(qi)業(ye)可(ke)以(yi)借(jie)用(yong)國(guo)外(wai)的(de)方(fang)案(an),通(tong)過(guo)改(gai)進(jin)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)方(fang)法(fa)和(he)結(jie)構(gou),改(gai)善(shan)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)運(yun)行(xing)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing),使(shi)得(de)無(wu)源(yuan)電(dian)子(zi)式(shi)互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)在(zai)電(dian)力(li)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)發(fa)揮(hui)優(you)勢(shi)。

  電子式互感器分類

  電子式互感器按原理與結構分為有源型、無源型及全光纖型三類。

  全(quan)光(guang)纖(xian)型(xing)電(dian)子(zi)式(shi)互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)是(shi)無(wu)源(yuan)型(xing),隻(zhi)是(shi)傳(chuan)感(gan)頭(tou)是(shi)光(guang)纖(xian)本(ben)身(shen)製(zhi)成(cheng),其(qi)餘(yu)與(yu)無(wu)源(yuan)型(xing)完(wan)全(quan)一(yi)樣(yang)。其(qi)優(you)點(dian)是(shi)結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),比(bi)無(wu)源(yuan)型(xing)易(yi)於(yu)製(zhi)造(zao),精(jing)度(du)、壽命與可靠性比無源型要高。缺點是光纖品質要求高,製造工藝要求高,造價昂貴。
