傳統的傳感器依賴納米線的表麵效應(側麵)和氣體或生物分子在表麵的吸附和解吸附過程。為了提高器件對光、化(hua)學(xue)氣(qi)體(ti)或(huo)生(sheng)物(wu)分(fen)子(zi)的(de)靈(ling)敏(min)度(du),納(na)米(mi)線(xian)需(xu)要(yao)非(fei)常(chang)小(xiao),從(cong)而(er)其(qi)表(biao)麵(mian)效(xiao)應(ying)能(neng)夠(gou)顯(xian)著(zhu)。同(tong)時(shi)研(yan)究(jiu)人(ren)員(yuan)采(cai)用(yong)歐(ou)姆(mu)接(jie)觸(chu)來(lai)降(jiang)低(di)接(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),從(cong)而(er)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)突(tu)出(chu)表(biao)麵(mian)效(xiao)應(ying)。另(ling)外(wai),分(fen)子(zi)在(zai)表(biao)麵(mian)的(de)吸(xi)附(fu)和(he)解(jie)吸(xi)附(fu)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)慢(man)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng),這(zhe)也(ye)導(dao)致(zhi)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)反(fan)應(ying)時(shi)間(jian)和(he)恢(hui)複(fu)時(shi)間(jian)較(jiao)長(chang),甚(shen)至(zhi)在(zai)100秒以上,這也嚴重地限製了傳感器的應用。
