提高運行效率實現供配電係統節能
供配電係統擔負著電力供應、分配、傳輸的職責,因此供配電設備和線路的損耗不容忽視。楊偉傑建議,可以根據負荷容量、負荷性質、供電距離及分布、用電設備特點等因素合理選擇供電電壓和設計供配電係統。
對於變壓器而言,實現其節能主要依靠降低損耗、提高運行效率。因此,要合理選擇變壓器的容量和台數,其容量應與電力負荷相適應,一般而言,變壓器的負載率在75%~85%較為適宜,季節性負荷適合采用單獨變壓器供電。為了減少線路損耗,對於比較分散的負荷,應該遵循“小容量,多布點,深人負荷中心”的原則。另外在設計中應注意選擇節能型變壓器,據介紹,近年來得到廣泛推廣使用的511係列油浸變壓器、新型幹式變壓器以及非晶合金變壓器等產品節能效果都比較理想。

建築物內的用電設備基本上分為照明燈具、電熱用具及各類電動機。電動機尤其是交流電動機的應用非常頻繁,節能潛力較大。
楊偉傑介紹說,采用高效率電機的耗電量與普通標準電動機相比,其總損耗可減少20%~30%,效率可以提高3%~6%。因此,應根據負荷特性合理地選擇高效率電動機,避免“大馬拉小車”的現象出現。對於經常處於輕負荷運行的電動機,采用三角一星切換裝置,可以達到良好的節電效果。

重視諧波抑製
