電液比例控製智能化
電液比例控製在80年代初就開始應用於工程機械,到目前已經在液壓挖掘機上得到了大量應用。電液比例技術用於工程機械,可以省去複雜、龐大的液壓信號傳遞管路,用電信號傳遞液壓參數,不但能加快係統響應,而且使整個挖掘機動力係統控製更方便、靈活。進入90年代後,隨著計算機技術的發展,電液比例控製更進一步“智能化",電液比例泵和比例閥的應用日益增多,從而出現了“智能化液壓挖掘機”。這種智能化主要體現在以下幾個方麵。首先,計算機能夠自動監測液壓係統和柴油機的運行參數,如壓力、柴油機轉速等,並能根據這些參數自動控製整個挖掘機動力係統運行在高效節能狀態。其次,能夠完成一些半自動操作,如平地、xiepodexiuzhengdeng,duisijideshulianchengduyaoqiujiangdi,dangongzuozhiliangquenenggoudedaodafudutigao。disan,nenggougenjujiancedaodeyunxingcanshujinxingguzhangzhenduan,bianyuwajuejideweihu。zhexiegongnengdechuxian,shiwajuejixingnengdeyidafudutigao。
