zuizhuyaoshiqihouchayi,oumeishuyujifengpinfandehaiyangxingqihou,suoyifengnengziyuanfeichangfengfu,fengsugao,dafengshijianchang,fengdianyejiuchengweiyixiangzhongyaonengyuan,suoyioumeiguojiafengdianfazhanzuikuai。erwoguoxinjiang、甘肅、內蒙古地區都屬於幹燥的高原地區,風速低、大風時間短,空氣密度小。進口風電機的設計風速一般在15m/s,低風速設計也在13m/s,而我國這些地區時間最長、最大的風速是6~8m/s,很(hen)顯(xian)然(ran)進(jin)口(kou)風(feng)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)設(she)計(ji)值(zhi)與(yu)我(wo)國(guo)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況(kuang)差(cha)別(bie)很(hen)大(da),再(zai)加(jia)上(shang)空(kong)氣(qi)密(mi)度(du)的(de)差(cha)別(bie),必(bi)然(ran)造(zao)成(cheng)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)很(hen)低(di)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang)。歐(ou)美(mei)國(guo)家(jia)風(feng)電(dian)機(ji)也(ye)存(cun)在(zai)故(gu)障(zhang)率(lv)高(gao)、維(wei)護(hu)成(cheng)本(ben)大(da)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)年(nian)發(fa)電(dian)時(shi)間(jian)長(chang)和(he)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)較(jiao)大(da),這(zhe)樣(yang)可(ke)以(yi)彌(mi)補(bu)維(wei)護(hu)費(fei)用(yong)帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)虧(kui)損(sun)。還(hai)有(you)歐(ou)美(mei)國(guo)家(jia)台(tai)風(feng)很(hen)少(shao),而(er)我(wo)國(guo)沿(yan)海(hai)每(mei)年(nian)都(dou)有(you)幾(ji)次(ci)大(da)的(de)台(tai)風(feng),台(tai)風(feng)對(dui)我(wo)國(guo)沿(yan)海(hai)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)損(sun)失(shi)也(ye)是(shi)巨(ju)大(da)的(de),2003年13號台風“杜鵑”,2006年1號台風“珍珠”和8號台風“桑美”分別造成了廣東汕尾紅海灣風電場,南澳風電場和浙江蒼南鶴頂山風電場的風機嚴重損毀。
還(hai)有(you)就(jiu)是(shi)並(bing)網(wang)方(fang)式(shi)存(cun)在(zai)差(cha)異(yi),由(you)於(yu)風(feng)電(dian)機(ji)並(bing)網(wang)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)沒(mei)有(you)保(bao)證(zheng),歐(ou)美(mei)國(guo)家(jia)都(dou)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)分(fen)散(san)入(ru)網(wang)的(de)方(fang)式(shi),這(zhe)些(xie)國(guo)家(jia)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)規(gui)模(mo)都(dou)較(jiao)小(xiao)。當(dang)風(feng)速(su)和(he)風(feng)向(xiang)變(bian)化(hua)很(hen)大(da)時(shi),風(feng)電(dian)機(ji)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding),不(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)並(bing)網(wang)條(tiao)件(jian),此(ci)時(shi)風(feng)電(dian)機(ji)可(ke)以(yi)隨(sui)時(shi)脫(tuo)網(wang);風(feng)電(dian)機(ji)穩(wen)定(ding)後(hou),又(you)可(ke)以(yi)隨(sui)時(shi)入(ru)網(wang),並(bing)且(qie)歐(ou)洲(zhou)幾(ji)個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)的(de)電(dian)網(wang)是(shi)聯(lian)網(wang)的(de),電(dian)網(wang)很(hen)強(qiang),不(bu)會(hui)對(dui)電(dian)網(wang)造(zao)成(cheng)太(tai)大(da)衝(chong)擊(ji)。而(er)我(wo)國(guo)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)是(shi)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)並(bing)網(wang)的(de)方(fang)式(shi),我(wo)國(guo)風(feng)能(neng)資(zi)源(yuan)豐(feng)富(fu)的(de)地(di)區(qu)主(zhu)要(yao)分(fen)布(bu)在(zai)“三北”(西北、東北、華北)地區和東南沿海。目前在“三北”規劃了6個ge千qian萬wan千qian瓦wa風feng電dian基ji地di,但dan這zhe些xie地di方fang又you是shi電dian網wang最zui弱ruo的de地di區qu,因yin此ci我wo國guo風feng力li發fa電dian將jiang麵mian臨lin著zhe電dian網wang不bu堪kan重zhong負fu的de問wen題ti。目mu前qian國guo家jia已yi開kai始shi規gui劃hua智zhi能neng電dian網wang建jian設she,但dan是shi由you於yu這zhe些xie地di區qu處chu於yu電dian網wang末mo端duan,容rong量liang調tiao控kong能neng力li較jiao差cha,很hen難nan承cheng受shou風feng電dian大da容rong量liang變bian化hua的de衝chong擊ji。我wo們men通tong過guo一yi個ge數shu據ju計ji算suan來lai說shuo明ming這zhe個ge問wen題ti。一yi個ge千qian萬wan千qian瓦wa級ji風feng電dian場chang會hui有you500~600台風電機組,我們選取2.5MW風電機數據進行計算,風電機的牌子是德國Nordex公司N80,我們取較低數據,當風速5m/s,功率是120kw,當風速6m/s,功率是248kw。當風速變化為1m/s時,功率的變化是128kw,如果按100台風電機計算,功率變化值就達12800kw,1wanqianwadechongjinengliangbuzhidaoyaoduoqiangdadezhinengdianwangcainengchengshou?erqiezhegejisuanzhiyijinghenxiaole,womenshiandifengsu,xiaodebianhualiangjinxingjisuande,shijidefengsubianhuayaodahenduo,erqiefengxiangdebianhuaduifengdianjigonglvdeyingxiangbifengsuhaiyaoda。suoyi,shijishiyongzhongdechongjinengliangyaobizhegezhidahenduo,jiangshifeichangjingrende,womenbixurenzhenduidai。yincijiejuebingwangwenti,bingbushijianchengyigezhinengdianwangnamejiandan,ershixuyaowomenduifengdianjixingnengjinxingquanmiangaijin。
