據統計,2019年1-6月,全國新增風電裝機容量909萬千瓦,其中海上風電40萬千瓦,累計並網裝機容量達到1.93億千瓦,且上半年全國棄風電量和棄風率持續“雙降”。此外,國家能源局今年正式發布關於《2019年風電、光伏發電項目建設有關事項的通知》,對本年度風、光項目平價上網、補貼競價、消納等工作做出政策指引,再度明確補貼退坡的信號。

為促進風電行業的高質量健康發展,中國可再生能源學會風能專業委員會以“守正創新,行穩致遠,推進風電高質量發展”為主題,在湖南株洲舉辦第三屆“風電設備質量與可靠性論壇”。會議邀請了國內眾多行業專家及知名企業,圍繞在競價/平價上網背景之下,從設計、製造和管理多角度深度探究風電係統可靠性問題,為行業可持續發展提供思路。
