大的市場方針政策確定後,徐工和同事們就開始有步驟的按計劃實施,首先在行業雜誌和各大自動化門戶網站上刊登廣告,誠招重慶、成都、西安、烏魯木齊等地的金牌ISV和核心ISV,要求代理商在當地有一定影響力,擁有客戶資源,具備售後服務能力,後來徐工給這次市場策劃定名為“圈地運動”。
