紅外溫度傳感器進口依賴

那麼,進口會給我們帶來哪些弊端呢?首先,短期內的進口海外元器件,使得儀器的生產成本很難被較好地控製住;其次,目前全球範圍內都受到疫情的影響,進口原材料本身就存在一定的難度。MEMS紅外溫度傳感器需要進口,就會導致了高性能耳溫槍、額溫槍及紅外測溫的生產其實是受到限製的。
紅外溫度傳感器突破依賴進口
因此,中國兵器工業集團電子院華東光電集成器件研究所,自1月底緊急調整產品研製計劃,提前複工複產,組建黨員突擊隊和技術攻關小組,24小時不間斷輪班開展研製工作,通過技術攻關,成功研製出了符合精度標準的紅外溫度傳感器芯片,性能指標精度達到0.1℃,抗幹擾能力優於目前市場主流產品(性能指標精度為0.3℃)。
同時,華東光電集成器件研究所還采購全自動化組封裝關鍵設備、補充芯片製造的關鍵設備,推動傳感器芯片製造、組封裝的國產化,預計到4月初,用上中國製造的MEMS紅外溫度傳感器的高性能耳溫槍、額溫槍便可大量投放市場,滿足市場需求了。
