提起“新能源”這個耳熟能詳的名詞,是當前發展低碳經濟的追求目標。人們普遍將太陽能、水能、風能、生物質能、地熱能等可再生能源統稱為“新能源”。其實,這樣的稱呼不準確,上述所有能源,我們的老祖先數千年來都在使用。比如:先輩們燒飯取暖用的柴火、木炭等,以及照明用的豆油,就是利用生物質能;農作物和食品的晾曬,是利用太陽能;水車抽水和水磨加工糧食,是利用水能;古代的主要運輸工具帆船是利用風能,抽水的風車也是利用風能,將糧食顆粒與碎屑分開還是利用風能;唐代楊貴妃“溫泉水滑洗凝脂”,是利用地熱能。可見,“新能源”並不新。現代主要能源煤炭、石shi油you和he天tian然ran氣qi,僅jin僅jin是shi工gong業ye革ge命ming後hou,隨sui著zhe蒸zheng氣qi機ji和he內nei燃ran機ji的de發fa明ming,才cai逐zhu步bu得de到dao大da規gui模mo地di普pu及ji應ying用yong,在zai人ren類lei文wen明ming發fa展zhan史shi上shang,僅jin僅jin隻zhi有you兩liang百bai多duo年nian的de時shi間jian。當dang這zhe些xie礦kuang物wu質zhi能neng源yuan的de使shi用yong,帶dai來lai了le嚴yan重zhong地di環huan境jing汙wu染ran和he氣qi候hou災zai難nan時shi,人ren們men才cai猛meng然ran地di驚jing醒xing,急ji切qie地di尋xun找zhao替ti代dai能neng源yuan,反fan樸pu歸gui真zhen地di重zhong新xin重zhong視shi可ke再zai生sheng能neng源yuan的de利li用yong,反fan而er將jiang老lao祖zu先xian已yi經jing使shi用yong了le數shu千qian年nian的de能neng源yuan,冠guan上shang了le“新能源”的頭銜。
何謂新能源?嚴格定義應當是:低價可再生清潔能源。“低價”、“可再生”、“清潔”這三要素缺一不可。而現有的水力發電、太陽能發電和風力發電,其實都不完全符合上述三要素。雖然水力發電成本相對較低,但存在投資高、建設周期長、對dui河he流liu局ju部bu地di質zhi環huan境jing影ying響xiang大da,還hai有you潰kui壩ba風feng險xian等deng,並bing未wei真zhen正zheng達da到dao生sheng態tai環huan保bao和he安an全quan可ke靠kao的de要yao求qiu。至zhi於yu太tai陽yang能neng發fa電dian,雖sui然ran對dui使shi用yong方fang來lai說shuo是shi清qing潔jie能neng源yuan,但dan對dui矽gui晶jing片pian生sheng產chan製zhi造zao方fang來lai說shuo,卻que存cun在zai著zhe嚴yan重zhong汙wu染ran和he巨ju大da能neng耗hao;實shi質zhi是shi汙wu染ran和he能neng耗hao地di點dian的de轉zhuan移yi,綜zong合he衡heng量liang不bu能neng算suan是shi清qing潔jie能neng源yuan。隻zhi有you風feng力li發fa電dian,確que實shi稱cheng得de上shang是shi可ke再zai生sheng清qing潔jie能neng源yuan,但dan目mu前qian的de風feng力li發fa電dian還hai處chu在zai投tou資zi高gao、效率低、並網難的困境。
genjushangshufenxi,weilaideshuilifadian,zhiyouzaigaibiandaguimolanhezhubadeshuinengliyongfangshihou,cainengsuanshirangrenmanyidexinnengyuan。taiyangnengfadian,yezhiyouzaizhaodaoguangdianzhuanhuanxiaolvgao、成本造價低、生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)無(wu)汙(wu)染(ran)的(de)新(xin)材(cai)料(liao)後(hou),才(cai)能(neng)算(suan)是(shi)具(ju)有(you)普(pu)及(ji)使(shi)用(yong)價(jia)值(zhi)的(de)清(qing)潔(jie)實(shi)用(yong)能(neng)源(yuan)。風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian),必(bi)須(xu)在(zai)大(da)力(li)降(jiang)低(di)成(cheng)本(ben)後(hou),才(cai)能(neng)算(suan)是(shi)真(zhen)正(zheng)合(he)格(ge)的(de)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)。比(bi)較(jiao)之(zhi)下(xia),隻(zhi)有(you)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)前(qian)景(jing)最(zui)光(guang)明(ming),為(wei)什(shen)麼(me)這(zhe)樣(yang)說(shuo)?因(yin)為(wei)水(shui)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)資(zi)源(yuan)有(you)限(xian),不(bu)僅(jin)要(yao)依(yi)賴(lai)大(da)江(jiang)大(da)河(he),還(hai)受(shou)地(di)理(li)地(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)件(jian)限(xian)製(zhi)。太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)受(shou)陰(yin)雲(yun)雨(yu)雪(xue)、季節、黑夜等眾多因素製約。隻有風力發電,適應範圍廣、製約因素少、普及較方便,是最具有發展前途的可再生清潔能源。

受shou風feng麵mian積ji越yue大da,獲huo取qu風feng能neng越yue多duo,這zhe是shi盡jin人ren皆jie知zhi的de基ji本ben常chang識shi。不bu論lun是shi古gu代dai的de帆fan船chuan,還hai是shi現xian代dai的de滑hua翔xiang機ji,都dou是shi靠kao加jia大da受shou風feng麵mian積ji來lai獲huo取qu更geng多duo風feng能neng。而er“一根杆子三根針”的(de)現(xian)代(dai)風(feng)車(che),卻(que)是(shi)靠(kao)緩(huan)慢(man)轉(zhuan)動(dong)的(de)細(xi)長(chang)槳(jiang)葉(ye)來(lai)獲(huo)取(qu)風(feng)能(neng),從(cong)直(zhi)觀(guan)上(shang)看(kan)就(jiu)令(ling)人(ren)心(xin)生(sheng)疑(yi)竇(dou)。但(dan)為(wei)什(shen)麼(me)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)常(chang)識(shi),在(zai)現(xian)代(dai)風(feng)車(che)設(she)計(ji)理(li)論(lun)麵(mian)前(qian),顯(xian)得(de)蒼(cang)白(bai)無(wu)力(li)?是(shi)因(yin)為(wei)人(ren)們(men)被(bei)權(quan)威(wei)的(de)空(kong)氣(qi)動(dong)力(li)學(xue)理(li)論(lun)所(suo)震(zhen)懾(she),盲(mang)目(mu)相(xiang)信(xin)這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)設(she)計(ji)有(you)道(dao)理(li),以(yi)為(wei)不(bu)管(guan)這(zhe)“三根針”youduoxi,zhiyaojiangyedesaofengmianjijuda,jiuhuixianglilunjisuandenayanggaoxiaohuodefengneng。qibuzhi,kongqidonglixuelilun,shiyonglaiduiliutizhonggaosuyundongdewuti,jinxingjiegoushoulifenxi。jinguanfengchejiangyedewaixingshejifeichangfuhekongqidonglixueyaoqiu,danyongzaidifengsu、慢轉動的情況下,還是難以發揮出應有的效能。事實證明:理li論lun與yu實shi際ji脫tuo節jie,再zai權quan威wei的de理li論lun用yong錯cuo了le地di方fang,也ye不bu會hui產chan生sheng出chu理li想xiang的de效xiao果guo。就jiu像xiang在zai鐵tie路lu上shang行xing駛shi的de高gao速su動dong車che,其qi外wai形xing有you必bi要yao按an空kong氣qi動dong力li學xue結jie構gou進jin行xing設she計ji;而對於普通列車,進行這樣的設計就是畫蛇添足、勞而無功。看來,隻有那些對西方風電理論執迷不悟的人,才會相信這樣自欺欺人的“神話”!
盡管現在三槳水平軸風車得到了普及,技術也相對成熟,但我們不能因為西方人也在使用該風車,就不加分析地認為這就是最佳設計。
其(qi)實(shi),這(zhe)種(zhong)與(yu)風(feng)向(xiang)垂(chui)直(zhi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)的(de)槳(jiang)葉(ye),僅(jin)僅(jin)利(li)用(yong)了(le)有(you)限(xian)的(de)升(sheng)力(li),卻(que)損(sun)失(shi)了(le)更(geng)大(da)的(de)軸(zhou)向(xiang)阻(zu)力(li),不(bu)僅(jin)槳(jiang)葉(ye)自(zi)身(shen)受(shou)風(feng)麵(mian)積(ji)太(tai)小(xiao),而(er)且(qie)升(sheng)力(li)型(xing)槳(jiang)葉(ye)對(dui)風(feng)向(xiang)擾(rao)動(dong)和(he)空(kong)氣(qi)渦(wo)流(liu)十(shi)分(fen)敏(min)感(gan),風(feng)機(ji)之(zhi)間(jian)必(bi)須(xu)保(bao)持(chi)足(zu)夠(gou)大(da)的(de)距(ju)離(li),才(cai)能(neng)避(bi)免(mian)相(xiang)互(hu)幹(gan)擾(rao),這(zhe)就(jiu)大(da)大(da)降(jiang)低(di)了(le)風(feng)車(che)安(an)裝(zhuang)密(mi)度(du)和(he)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)地(di)的(de)利(li)用(yong)率(lv),造(zao)成(cheng)了(le)大(da)量(liang)風(feng)能(neng)資(zi)源(yuan)無(wu)法(fa)利(li)用(yong)。並(bing)且(qie),這(zhe)種(zhong)風(feng)車(che)在(zai)風(feng)大(da)和(he)風(feng)小(xiao)時(shi)都(dou)不(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)轉(zhuan),年(nian)風(feng)時(shi)利(li)用(yong)率(lv)不(bu)足(zu)25%,每年的大多數時間成為擺設。這種狀況,既有風車設計自身的原因,也有我國平均風速較低,達不到西方原設計要求的原因。總之,“一根杆子三根針”式的風車不符合中國國情,其大量普及,是對現有風能資源,特別是優質風能資源的極大損失和浪費!更是風電行業的悲哀!這種盲目跟蹤西方風電技術的做法,造成了投資高、效率低、並網難、風能資源浪費大的狀況,必須盡快扭轉!zaiguojiadalifuchixinnengyuanfazhandebutiezhengcegulixia,jifalerenmenduifengdiandetouzireqinghechongdong。dangran,guojiagulixinnengyuanfazhandebenyimeiyoucuo,xifangguojiayeduifengdianshishibutiezhengce。zaiguojiabutiezhengcedegulixia,henduofengdianqiyehedifangzhengfu,doushizaiyanqianliyishangmangmucanyufengdianjingzheng,tebieshiyixiedaxingyangqiweilezhengduohuodianpeie,buxipeibenyeyaocanyufengdianjingzheng,paomaquandihepaomaquanhaidexianxiangshiyoufasheng。kejian,butiezhengcedeshishi,suirancujinlefengdianfazhandetufeimengjin!卻que掩yan蓋gai了le後hou續xu危wei機ji,削xue弱ruo了le風feng電dian創chuang新xin的de意yi願yuan和he動dong力li。按an我wo國guo目mu前qian的de風feng電dian發fa展zhan速su度du,很hen快kuai就jiu會hui令ling國guo家jia財cai政zheng不bu堪kan重zhong負fu。而er且qie,這zhe樣yang的de無wu序xu競jing爭zheng,不bu僅jin會hui將jiang優you質zhi風feng能neng資zi源yuan迅xun速su消xiao耗hao殆dai盡jin!還可能造成大批風電企業破產倒閉!最後的爛攤子還得政府出麵收拾。
人ren無wu遠yuan慮lv,必bi有you近jin憂you。我wo們men不bu能neng隻zhi看kan到dao風feng電dian裝zhuang機ji總zong量liang達da到dao世shi界jie第di二er,更geng要yao看kan到dao風feng電dian投tou資zi的de實shi際ji效xiao益yi和he存cun在zai的de問wen題ti。按an照zhao現xian有you風feng電dian發fa展zhan狀zhuang況kuang,陸lu上shang風feng電dian投tou資zi收shou回hui成cheng本ben至zhi少shao需xu要yao八ba到dao十shi年nian甚shen至zhi十shi多duo年nian,海hai上shang風feng電dian投tou資zi收shou回hui成cheng本ben更geng需xu要yao十shi多duo年nian到dao二er十shi年nian,這zhe還hai得de靠kao國guo家jia政zheng策ce的de補bu貼tie;fouze,kenengshebeibaofeishiyenanyishouhuichengben。keshi,buguanzhongguorennengfoushouhuichengben?guowaihexinjishuzhuanrangheguanjianshebeixiaoshoudelirunzaojiuchuaishangleyaobao。xuduoquefaziyouzhishichanquandefengdianzhizaoqiye,qishijiushizaiweiyangrendagong。
目前,很多人知道這樣的局麵,不可能長期維持下去,要使風電能夠持續發展,長遠發展,必須要進行重大改革和技術創新!雖然國內的相關風電發明,已經為風電發展點亮了希望的曙光!但多數風電企業仍在迷信西方的成熟技術、難舍投入的巨額資本、看重眼前的既得利益、怕(pa)擔(dan)創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)研(yan)發(fa)風(feng)險(xian)等(deng)等(deng)心(xin)態(tai)困(kun)擾(rao)下(xia),求(qiu)穩(wen)不(bu)求(qiu)變(bian),對(dui)重(zhong)大(da)創(chuang)新(xin)發(fa)明(ming)往(wang)往(wang)是(shi)不(bu)屑(xie)一(yi)顧(gu)或(huo)疑(yi)慮(lv)萬(wan)千(qian)。多(duo)年(nian)的(de)習(xi)慣(guan)養(yang)成(cheng)了(le)唯(wei)有(you)西(xi)方(fang)的(de)月(yue)亮(liang)最(zui)圓(yuan),隻(zhi)要(yao)看(kan)到(dao)西(xi)方(fang)國(guo)家(jia)還(hai)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)三(san)槳(jiang)水(shui)平(ping)軸(zhou)風(feng)車(che),就(jiu)自(zi)認(ren)為(wei)可(ke)以(yi)高(gao)枕(zhen)無(wu)憂(you),隻(zhi)希(xi)望(wang)通(tong)過(guo)購(gou)買(mai)技(ji)術(shu)或(huo)自(zi)我(wo)小(xiao)改(gai)小(xiao)革(ge),來(lai)提(ti)高(gao)現(xian)有(you)風(feng)車(che)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)。
其實,西方的風電技術,是在發展理論和發展方向上存在致命錯誤!所以,我們不可能通過常規化的改進,就能扭轉“一根杆子三根針”風車在原理結構方麵的弊端和不足。目前,三槳水平軸風車的潛力已經挖盡,很難再有大的突破!風電發展主要還得靠垂直軸風車的創新,今後誰先涉足誰將先得益!試想:古gu代dai的de先xian輩bei們men根gen本ben不bu懂dong空kong氣qi動dong力li學xue理li論lun,卻que能neng船chuan行xing八ba麵mian風feng,駕jia輕qing就jiu熟shu地di揚yang帆fan在zai江jiang河he湖hu海hai,其qi利li用yong風feng能neng的de效xiao率lv之zhi高gao,遠yuan遠yuan超chao過guo現xian代dai風feng車che,這zhe難nan道dao不bu讓rang風feng電dian專zhuan家jia們men汗han顏yan嗎ma?所suo以yi,我wo們men沒mei有you必bi要yao迷mi信xin西xi方fang的de風feng電dian技ji術shu,盡jin管guan西xi方fang的de技ji術shu是shi成cheng熟shu的de,但dan不bu一yi定ding是shi最zui好hao的de、最實用的!我們要敢於打破西方的風電“神話”,摒棄現有的風電發展模式,按照胡錦濤總書記的要求“搶抓世界新一輪能源革命先機”,開創中國式的風電之路!
現代的水平軸風車,是西方人在古典歐式風車基礎上的繼承和發揚,效果並不理想。
