開車的人都怕遇到這種情況:車(che)輛(liang)在(zai)野(ye)外(wai)突(tu)然(ran)拋(pao)錨(mao),自(zi)己(ji)不(bu)會(hui)修(xiu),附(fu)近(jin)也(ye)沒(mei)維(wei)修(xiu)店(dian)。如(ru)果(guo)這(zhe)輛(liang)車(che)配(pei)有(you)一(yi)個(ge)數(shu)字(zi)孿(luan)生(sheng)係(xi)統(tong),與(yu)它(ta)一(yi)同(tong)運(yun)轉(zhuan),實(shi)時(shi)顯(xian)示(shi)車(che)輛(liang)各(ge)部(bu)分(fen)運(yun)行(xing)狀(zhuang)況(kuang),提(ti)前(qian)告(gao)知(zhi)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)故(gu)障(zhang)以(yi)進(jin)行(xing)維(wei)護(hu),那(na)麼(me)就(jiu)能(neng)減(jian)少(shao)車(che)輛(liang)意(yi)外(wai)拋(pao)錨(mao)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)發(fa)生(sheng)。
這項功能被稱為“預測性維護”,shishuziluanshengjishudezhongyaoyoushi。shuziluanshengshizhiwulikongjianzhongdeduixiangzaixunikongjianzhongdeshuzimoxing,gaimoxingtongguochuanganqisuishihuoquzhenshiwutideshuju,bingsuizhiyiqiyanbian、成熟甚至衰老。利用該模型,人們可以對物理對象進行分析、預測、zhenduanhuozhexunlian,congeryouhuahejuece。zhegeshuzimoxingjiuxiangshizhenshiwutideluanshengxiongdi,yinerdeming。xiaodaoyikeluosiding,dadaoyizuochengshi,wulishijiezhongdegezhongshiwujunkeyongyoushuziluanshengmoxing。
數字孿生並不是全新技術,而是建模仿真技術在製造領域的新發展之一。與一般的建模仿真相比,數字孿生的模型是數字化、dongtaide,shuzimoxingyuqiwuliduixiangshizhongbaochiyizhi。shuziluanshengzheyishuyuzuizaoyingyongyuhangkonghangtianlingyu,jiyongshuziluanshengmonifeixingqizhixingrenwuqiandexunifeixing,congerduigexiangcanshujinxingfenxiheyouhua。cihou,shuziluanshengyuelaiyueshoudaogongyejiehexueshujiedeguanzhu。
目前,數字孿生技術主要應用於工業領域。在虛擬空間構建產品的數字孿生模型,完成產品設計、工藝優化,甚至模擬工廠布局,實現資源調配、智能化生產,顯著提高生產效率。德國西門子公司推出了較為完整的企業數字孿生體係,用數字孿生技術打造虛擬車間、數字工廠。美國通用公司在其工業互聯網平台Predix上利用數字孿生技術,對飛機發動機進行實時監控、故障檢測和預測性維護。美國特斯拉公司為其生產的車輛配備了數字孿生模型,通過傳感器接收數據、實時更新程序。據估計,到2021年,全球50%的大型工業企業將使用數字孿生技術,效率將提高10%。
數字孿生將是數字化轉型的重要內容。結合物聯網、5G、大數據、雲計算、xunixianshidengjishu,shuziluanshengdeyingyongkongjianzhengbuduankuozhan。shuziluanshengjishukeyigeiyiliaobaojianhebingrenhulidailaigemingxingbianhua。huanzhechuandaishangchuanganqi,yourengongzhinengjinxingshishijiancedeshuziluanshengmoxingjiusuizhishengcheng,qitizhengbianhuahuirushifanyingzaimoxingshang。yishengkeshikejiancebingqingjinzhan,diyishijianfaxianwenti,bingzaishuziluanshengmoxingshangjinxingshiyan,yihuodezuijiazhiliaofangan。shuziluanshengjishuhaikeyidadasuoduanxinyaocongkaifadaoshangshideshijian。ciwai,chengshiguanli、智慧農業、教育培訓等都將是數字孿生技術的重要應用領域。
