智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)係(xi)統(tong)作(zuo)為(wei)建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)核(he)心(xin),整(zheng)體(ti)架(jia)構(gou)上(shang)應(ying)當(dang)是(shi)具(ju)有(you)設(she)備(bei)的(de)先(xian)進(jin)性(xing),配(pei)置(zhi)的(de)合(he)理(li)性(xing),安(an)全(quan)的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)和(he)費(fei)用(yong)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing)。為(wei)了(le)適(shi)應(ying)將(jiang)來(lai)智(zhi)能(neng)建(jian)築(zhu)的(de)高(gao)速(su)發(fa)展(zhan),應(ying)該(gai)對(dui)以(yi)往(wang)的(de)經(jing)驗(yan)認(ren)真(zhen)總(zong)結(jie)回(hui)顧(gu),盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)地(di)化(hua)解(jie)各(ge)種(zhong)不(bu)利(li)因(yin)素(su),規(gui)範(fan)建(jian)築(zhu)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)係(xi)統(tong)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)管(guan)理(li)。本文僅以微不足道的工作體會,針對建築智能化建設過程中存在的一些細節問題,從管理角度談談一些膚淺的認識和對策。
