在空調運行時,控製的目標參數為送風溫度和送風濕度,與設定值比較,得到的偏差值經DDC運算輸出信號,控製冷(熱水)電動二通閥的開度。對於新風機組的溫度設定值樓控係統可以結合室外溫度的大小,自動進行調整,冬天為30~32℃,夏天為18~20℃。
(2)對於公共區域(大堂、餐廳)的溫濕度環境改善是主要通過空調機組的空氣處理方式來實現的,它的工藝流程圖比新風機複雜,增加回風管道。
一般自控配置的設備為冷熱水閥、加濕閥、新回風閥、送風溫度、huifengwendu,youxiehaiyaoanzhuanggonggongquyuneidewenduchuanganqi,songfengliangtongguobianpinnenggoujinxingtiaojie,duiyumubiaokongzhicanshudequedingyibanyihuifengwenduweizhun,danyebuyidingheshi,biruhuifengkoulimenkoujiaojin,quyangdeshujujiuhenbuzhunque,yekeyizaigonggongquyubusheduogewenduchuanganqi,ranhouqupingjunzhi,yincijutigongchengyaojutifenxi,quanmianjinxingkaolv。duiyukongzhicelvetabixinfengjisongfengwendukongzhilaidefuza,tabenshendetedianshichunzhihoude,fanyingman,ruguocaiquchangguidePID控(kong)製(zhi)必(bi)將(jiang)造(zao)成(cheng)控(kong)製(zhi)的(de)閥(fa)門(men)頻(pin)繁(fan)開(kai)關(guan),溫(wen)度(du)隨(sui)之(zhi)將(jiang)大(da)幅(fu)波(bo)動(dong)。因(yin)此(ci)采(cai)取(qu)非(fei)常(chang)規(gui)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)策(ce)略(lve),比(bi)如(ru)死(si)區(qu)方(fang)式(shi),當(dang)目(mu)標(biao)參(can)數(shu)進(jin)入(ru)與(yu)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)認(ren)可(ke)的(de)偏(pian)差(cha)範(fan)圍(wei)DT1(一般為0.5度)時,冷(熱)水閥將保持不變。變PID控kong製zhi方fang式shi,就jiu是shi當dang目mu標biao參can數shu與yu設she定ding值zhi大da時shi,控kong製zhi作zuo用yong強qiang一yi些xie,當dang目mu標biao參can數shu與yu設she定ding值zhi小xiao時shi,控kong製zhi作zuo用yong弱ruo一yi些xie。還hai可ke以yi采cai取qu根gen據ju溫wen度du偏pian差cha及ji上shang升sheng或huo下xia降jiang快kuai慢man的de模mo糊hu控kong製zhi方fang式shi,當dang溫wen度du與yu設she定ding值zhi處chu於yu正zheng偏pian差chaDT2(1度)以內時,但處於下降過程中,水閥將慢慢開大,當溫度與設定值處於負偏差DT2以內時,但處於上升降過程中,水閥將慢慢關小。總之,對於目標參數的控製,充分考慮溫度測量值、設定值、單位時間內的溫度偏差值,“多看少動”才能真正將目標參數控製好。為了節能,根據室外溫度的大小,冬天有條件將溫度設定值下降1度,夏天有條件將溫度設定值提高1度,同時充分利用新回風閥的連鎖功能,在過渡季全開新風閥,在盛夏或嚴冬將新風閥可以關到最小,這樣可以節能達到12%。

間歇運行:使設備合理間歇啟停,但不影響環境舒適程度和工藝要求。
最佳啟動:根據人員使用情況或生產工藝情況,預先開啟空調設備,夏天采取大風量低溫度;冬天采取大風量高溫度;房間溫度穩定以後,在低風量下運行。
最佳關機:根據人員下班情況或生產工藝情況,提前停止空調設備。
(3)變風量係統(VAV)是shi一yi種zhong新xin型xing的de空kong調tiao方fang式shi,在zai智zhi能neng樓lou宇yu的de空kong調tiao中zhong被bei越yue來lai越yue多duo地di應ying用yong。當dang室shi內nei環huan境jing溫wen度du發fa生sheng變bian化hua時shi,改gai變bian送song風feng的de溫wen度du和he改gai變bian送song風feng量liang大da小xiao兩liang種zhong控kong製zhi方fang式shi都dou可ke以yi達da到dao相xiang同tong結jie果guo。采cai用yong變bian風feng量liang係xi統tong的de中zhong央yang空kong調tiao係xi統tong可ke節jie能neng40%,而且係統隻在冷熱負荷達到峰值時才使用最大風量,因此可以大大降低能耗。
VAV係xi統tong一yi般ban由you帶dai變bian頻pin調tiao節jie電dian機ji的de空kong調tiao機ji組zu和he變bian風feng量liang可ke調tiao風feng閥fa末mo端duan裝zhuang置zhi組zu成cheng。監jian控kong內nei容rong包bao括kuo控kong製zhi風feng機ji的de啟qi停ting,並bing監jian視shi風feng機ji的de運yun行xing狀zhuang態tai,根gen據ju室shi內nei溫wen度du的de大da小xiao,自zi動dong調tiao節jie新xin回hui風feng門men的de大da小xiao和he水shui閥fa的de開kai度du來lai實shi現xian對dui溫wen度du的de控kong製zhi,使shi室shi溫wen保bao持chi穩wen定ding。帶dai有youVAV裝置的空調係統各環節需要協調控製,其內容主要體現在以下幾個方麵:

② 送風機速度調節時,可以采用定靜壓或變靜壓控製方式,使各房間的壓力保持穩定,保證裝置正常工作。
③ 對於VAV係統,需要檢測各房間風量,溫度及風閥位置等信號,並經過綜合的分析處理後才能給出送風溫度設定值。
④ 在進行送風量調節的同時,還應調節新、回風閥,以使各房間有充分的新風量,保證房間的空氣品質。
(4)冷(leng)源(yuan)係(xi)統(tong)是(shi)暖(nuan)通(tong)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)核(he)心(xin)部(bu)分(fen),如(ru)何(he)協(xie)調(tiao)管(guan)理(li)至(zhi)關(guan)重(zhong)要(yao),對(dui)能(neng)耗(hao)影(ying)響(xiang)相(xiang)當(dang)巨(ju)大(da),一(yi)般(ban)體(ti)現(xian)為(wei)量(liang)調(tiao)和(he)質(zhi)調(tiao)兩(liang)種(zhong)調(tiao)節(jie)方(fang)式(shi),量(liang)調(tiao)就(jiu)是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),調(tiao)節(jie)冷(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)開(kai)啟(qi)台(tai)數(shu),或(huo)通(tong)過(guo)水(shui)泵(beng)的(de)變(bian)頻(pin)進(jin)行(xing)水(shui)量(liang)調(tiao)節(jie),然(ran)後(hou)根(gen)據(ju)冷(leng)源(yuan)係(xi)統(tong)總(zong)負(fu)荷(he)量(liang)(供回水溫差與總流量的相乘)進(jin)行(xing)冷(leng)水(shui)機(ji)組(zu)台(tai)數(shu)控(kong)製(zhi)。質(zhi)調(tiao)就(jiu)是(shi)調(tiao)節(jie)冷(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)的(de)出(chu)口(kou)溫(wen)度(du),一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)低(di)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),適(shi)當(dang)將(jiang)冷(leng)機(ji)的(de)出(chu)口(kou)溫(wen)度(du)提(ti)高(gao)幾(ji)度(du),實(shi)現(xian)機(ji)組(zu)最(zui)優(you)啟(qi)停(ting)時(shi)間(jian)控(kong)製(zhi),使(shi)設(she)備(bei)交(jiao)替(ti)運(yun)行(xing),優(you)化(hua)設(she)備(bei)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)間(jian)。
以某一大樓為例,冷凍站係統中有四台冷凍機組,5台冷凍水泵(備用一台),5台冷卻水泵(備用1台),4個冷卻塔及膨脹水箱,采用樓宇自控係統通過安裝在冷凍機房內的直接數字控製器DDC來完成對冷凍機組的控製要求:對冷水機組、冷凍水泵、冷卻水泵、冷卻塔風機、冷卻塔進水閥及相關的設備實現聯動控製,同時監視其運行狀態及故障狀態。檢測冷凍水供回水溫度、供回水壓力和流量,冷卻水進回水溫度、壓力,計算空調係統的冷負荷。
實現聯動控製:
冷凍水閥門開→冷凍水循環水泵開(延時1分鍾)→冷卻水閥門開→冷卻水循環水泵開→冷卻塔風扇開→冷水主機開。
聯動停止順序:
冷水主機關→(延時5分鍾)冷卻塔風扇關→冷卻水循環水泵關(延時20分鍾)→冷卻水閥門關→冷凍水循環水泵關→冷凍水閥門關。
除(chu)了(le)上(shang)述(shu)的(de)嚴(yan)格(ge)連(lian)鎖(suo)外(wai),在(zai)運(yun)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),為(wei)了(le)保(bao)護(hu)冷(leng)凍(dong)機(ji),一(yi)旦(dan)冷(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)泵(beng)發(fa)生(sheng)意(yi)外(wai),水(shui)泵(beng)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)行(xing),冷(leng)凍(dong)機(ji)必(bi)須(xu)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)行(xing),冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)泵(beng)也(ye)必(bi)須(xu)停(ting)止(zhi)運(yun)行(xing)。
樓宇自控係統完成上述的基本功能外,更主要對冷凍機實現優化控製,中央站采集現場DDC的數據進行統籌計算,不斷分析確定每一時間段大樓負荷實際情況,確定冷機運行台數,通過通信模式對現場DDC發命令,目前著重解決下列問題。
① 如何確定冷水機組運行初始台數
