在(zai)國(guo)家(jia)大(da)力(li)提(ti)倡(chang)建(jian)設(she)節(jie)約(yue)型(xing)社(she)會(hui)之(zhi)時(shi),建(jian)築(zhu)行(xing)業(ye)相(xiang)關(guan)部(bu)門(men)接(jie)連(lian)出(chu)台(tai)了(le)不(bu)少(shao)關(guan)於(yu)節(jie)約(yue)能(neng)源(yuan)的(de)政(zheng)策(ce)和(he)文(wen)件(jian)。節(jie)約(yue)能(neng)源(yuan)已(yi)成(cheng)為(wei)每(mei)位(wei)公(gong)民(min)的(de)責(ze)任(ren)和(he)義(yi)務(wu)。目(mu)前(qian),國(guo)家(jia)針(zhen)對(dui)建(jian)築(zhu)設(she)計(ji)的(de)節(jie)能(neng)審(shen)查(zha)已(yi)屬(shu)於(yu)強(qiang)製(zhi)審(shen)查(zha)環(huan)節(jie),建(jian)築(zhu)物(wu)特(te)別(bie)是(shi)公(gong)共(gong)建(jian)築(zhu)的(de)能(neng)耗(hao)控(kong)製(zhi)尤(you)其(qi)引(yin)人(ren)關(guan)注(zhu)。
節能已成為我國經濟和社會發展的長遠戰略,是保障國家經濟安全、改善環境、增強企業競爭力、實施可持續發展的重要措施和途徑。
建築電氣節能現狀不容樂觀
事實上,早在2005年7月初國務院發出《關於做好建設節約型社會近期重點工作》的通知,就特別指出“要堅持資源開發與節約並重,把節約放在首位”的方針。在經濟發展中,建築電氣是耗能大戶。許多文獻都曾顯示,建築電氣每年要消耗總發電量的10%以上。例如,如果大量使用節能的照明產品並采取有效措施,以節電5%計算,則每年可節約照明用電60億千瓦時,為國家節省約30yiyuan,bingkejianhuanwenshixiaoying,jianqingduishengtaihuanjingdepohuai,jingjiheshehuixiaoyifeichangkeguan。yinci,zaishejiwenjianzhong,dianqijienengcuoshiyingyizhuanpiandexingshichenshu,congjianzhuwuguihuadechuqijiuyijienengdesixiangweizhidao,zaijishugenyuanchuweishixiandianqijienengtigonglilunyiju。
建築電氣節能的原則是:在充分滿足、完善建築物功能要求的前提下,減少能源消耗,提高能源利用率。節能的途徑之一是合理配置建築設備,並對其進行有效、科(ke)學(xue)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)和(he)管(guan)理(li)。此(ci)外(wai),建(jian)築(zhu)電(dian)氣(qi)節(jie)能(neng)還(hai)應(ying)充(chong)分(fen)考(kao)慮(lv)實(shi)際(ji)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi),不(bu)能(neng)因(yin)為(wei)節(jie)能(neng)而(er)過(guo)高(gao)追(zhui)加(jia)投(tou)資(zi),增(zeng)加(jia)運(yun)行(xing)費(fei)用(yong),而(er)是(shi)應(ying)該(gai)讓(rang)增(zeng)加(jia)的(de)部(bu)分(fen)投(tou)資(zi)在(zai)幾(ji)年(nian)或(huo)較(jiao)短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)回(hui)收(shou);節省無謂消耗的能量,在選用節能的新設備方麵,應具體了解其原理、性能、效果等,從技術、經濟等方麵進行認真比較後再作出結論。

建築電氣節能策略需貫徹

高效光源顧名思義具有高光效、顯色好等優點。試驗證明,白熾燈隻有10%的電能轉變為可見光,90%的電能轉變為熱輻射,而這種熱輻射性又往往會帶來火災隱患。細管徑熒光燈、緊湊型熒光燈、高壓鈉燈、金jin屬shu鹵lu化hua物wu燈deng和he節jie能neng燈deng均jun為wei高gao效xiao光guang源yuan,應ying積ji極ji推tui廣guang應ying用yong,盡jin量liang減jian少shao白bai熾chi燈deng的de使shi用yong量liang。好hao光guang源yuan有you了le,如ru何he使shi這zhe種zhong好hao光guang源yuan發fa揮hui功gong效xiao,這zhe就jiu要yao求qiu燈deng具ju的de效xiao率lv要yao高gao。燈deng具ju的de效xiao率lv為wei燈deng具ju出chu射she光guang通tong量liang與yu光guang源yuan總zong光guang通tong量liang之zhi比bi,比bi值zhi越yue高gao,效xiao率lv越yue高gao。燈deng具ju反fan射she麵mian設she計ji科ke學xue,才cai能neng使shi好hao的de光guang源yuan物wu盡jin其qi用yong。高gao效xiao光guang源yuan、高效燈具不僅適用於住宅公共部分照明,在民用建築中也可大量采用。

第(di)四(si),注(zhu)重(zhong)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)節(jie)能(neng)措(cuo)施(shi)。變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)損(sun)耗(hao)包(bao)括(kuo)有(you)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)損(sun)耗(hao)和(he)無(wu)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)損(sun)耗(hao)兩(liang)部(bu)分(fen),要(yao)正(zheng)確(que)選(xuan)擇(ze)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)負(fu)載(zai)率(lv),以(yi)便(bian)合(he)理(li)選(xuan)擇(ze)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量(liang)。變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)在(zai)節(jie)能(neng)的(de)同(tong)時(shi),還(hai)能(neng)降(jiang)低(di)運(yun)行(xing)費(fei)用(yong),取(qu)得(de)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)。鐵(tie)損(sun)對(dui)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)來(lai)說(shuo)雖(sui)為(wei)常(chang)數(shu),但(dan)可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)合(he)理(li)選(xuan)型(xing)與(yu)運(yun)行(xing),達(da)到(dao)節(jie)能(neng)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)銅(tong)損(sun)是(shi)變(bian)量(liang),合(he)理(li)地(di)確(que)定(ding)最(zui)佳(jia)運(yun)行(xing)參(can)數(shu),保(bao)持(chi)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)在(zai)正(zheng)常(chang)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)達(da)到(dao)最(zui)大(da)效(xiao)率(lv)值(zhi),也(ye)可(ke)達(da)到(dao)經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
