一般認為,自動化能做到幾件事:1,提高產品質量;2,節約生產線上的勞動力;3,降低對熟練勞動力或者技術人員的需求;4,理想的全自動生產方式中,係統還具有自學習功能。
實際上,前兩件事是有條件的,後兩條在很大程度上不是人們想象的那回事。
自動化的真相
自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)式(shi)可(ke)以(yi)達(da)到(dao)非(fei)常(chang)高(gao)的(de)可(ke)重(zhong)複(fu)性(xing),所(suo)以(yi)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)性(xing)較(jiao)好(hao)。但(dan)原(yuan)料(liao)品(pin)質(zhi)不(bu)是(shi)絕(jue)對(dui)一(yi)致(zhi)的(de),生(sheng)產(chan)設(she)備(bei)也(ye)有(you)磨(mo)損(sun)和(he)狀(zhuang)態(tai)的(de)變(bian)化(hua),在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong),全(quan)自(zi)動(dong)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)也(ye)是(shi)需(xu)要(yao)經(jing)常(chang)調(tiao)整(zheng)的(de)。自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)可(ke)以(yi)達(da)到(dao)相(xiang)當(dang)高(gao)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)一(yi)致(zhi)性(xing),但(dan)不(bu)能(neng)達(da)到(dao)最(zui)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)。最(zui)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)隻(zhi)有(you)根(gen)據(ju)原(yuan)料(liao)和(he)設(she)備(bei)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)實(shi)時(shi)做(zuo)出(chu)最(zui)優(you)調(tiao)整(zheng),這(zhe)隻(zhi)有(you)手(shou)工(gong)才(cai)能(neng)做(zuo)到(dao)。這(zhe)不(bu)是(shi)低(di)級(ji)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)的(de)手(shou)工(gong),而(er)是(shi)熟(shu)練(lian)技(ji)工(gong)的(de)手(shou)工(gong)。這(zhe)不(bu)是(shi)銼(cuo)刀(dao)、鑽(zuan)頭(tou)的(de)手(shou)工(gong),是(shi)借(jie)用(yong)精(jing)密(mi)機(ji)床(chuang)甚(shen)至(zhi)是(shi)數(shu)控(kong)精(jing)密(mi)機(ji)床(chuang)的(de)手(shou)工(gong),但(dan)在(zai)熟(shu)練(lian)技(ji)工(gong)手(shou)裏(li),根(gen)據(ju)每(mei)一(yi)件(jian)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)材(cai)質(zhi)精(jing)細(xi)加(jia)工(gong),這(zhe)才(cai)是(shi)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)極(ji)致(zhi)。羅(luo)爾(er)斯(si)·羅伊斯轎車和百達翡麗手表不是用自動化生產線製造的,這裏麵有傳統工藝的原因,但更大原因正在於此:隻有手工才能達到最高質量。但對於大宗產品和普通用戶來說,自動化生產達到的質量就足夠好了。
節(jie)約(yue)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)上(shang)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)就(jiu)不(bu)這(zhe)麼(me)簡(jian)單(dan)了(le)。在(zai)勞(lao)動(dong)密(mi)集(ji)型(xing)產(chan)業(ye)裏(li),生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)上(shang)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)是(shi)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)的(de)主(zhu)體(ti),自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)無(wu)疑(yi)可(ke)以(yi)大(da)大(da)降(jiang)低(di)對(dui)勞(lao)動(dong)密(mi)集(ji)型(xing)產(chan)業(ye)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)要(yao)求(qiu),這(zhe)不(bu)是(shi)問(wen)題(ti)。問(wen)題(ti)在(zai)於(yu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)設(she)備(bei)維(wei)修(xiu)、加工設計和生產改進本身帶來了新的勞動力要求。廣義的設備包括硬件和軟件。以典型的大型化工廠為例,精餾塔、泵、管道、容器、反應器等不因為自動化生產還是人工控製而改變,但計算機控製係統(簡稱DCS)及相關的儀表、閥門是自動化的產物。圍繞著DCS,化工廠“多”出來一整條支援鏈,一般儀表工、專職的DCS儀表工(負責DCS硬件)、專職的PLC(專用於程序邏輯控製和安全連鎖保護)儀表工、專職的分析儀表工,控製工程師、DCS工程師(負責係統軟件、升級和係統整合)、控製係統IT工程師(負責DCS到商務/管理網絡中的過渡層和通過OPC等軟件接口協議與DCS連接的先進控製、數據管理係統)dengdeng。danzhezhishizaihuagongchanglidezheyibufen,xiangguanxitongchangshanghaiyouyizhengtaojishuzhiyuantixi,congyingjiandaoruanjiandaoquanmianyingyongzhiyuan,tamendangranhaiyoutamendeshangyouzhiyuantixi。zheyangyizhengtiaochanyelianderenlishihenkeguande,jinguanxitongchangshangjishangyouchangshangdezhiyuantixishizaiquanxingyegongxiangde,erbushihuagongchangzhuanyongde。

自動化的問題

這個問題在工程技術人員中也存在。美國製造業公司中技術工作大量外包,一般性設計和工程管理都承包給EPC公司(Engineering Procurement Construction)以降低公司的負擔。這對公司是有利的,有項目的時候請人來做,沒項目的時候不需要養一支隊伍,更沒有福利、養老等長期負擔。外包公司裏都是資深專業人士,經驗和見識比公司裏的人還廣。問題是EPC公司對用戶公司的工程標準和項目程序有一個熟悉過程,這中間的磨合常常令人抓狂。更要命的是,現在可以依靠EPC公司,但大家都沒有從第一線出來的工程師了,下一代EPC的人馬從哪裏來?這種“我死後哪管他洪水滔天”的短視做法,和試圖片麵依賴自動化振興製造業一樣成問題。
人工智能與自動化
