隻不過,若僅借助自動化,多半可使工業製造流程滿足效率層麵的需求,但假使業者欲隨時因應市場需求,亟盼能彈性調整產能、促(cu)進(jin)空(kong)間(jian)有(you)效(xiao)利(li)用(yong),並(bing)有(you)效(xiao)降(jiang)低(di)生(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben),種(zhong)種(zhong)願(yuan)景(jing),實(shi)已(yi)進(jin)入(ru)智(zhi)能(neng)層(ceng)麵(mian)的(de)格(ge)局(ju),並(bing)無(wu)法(fa)單(dan)純(chun)倚(yi)靠(kao)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)來(lai)加(jia)以(yi)實(shi)現(xian)。在(zai)此(ci)前(qian)提(ti)下(xia),如(ru)何(he)運(yun)用(yong)有(you)效(xiao)的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)手(shou)段(duan),繼(ji)而(er)管(guan)理(li)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)設(she)備(bei),已(yi)然(ran)成(cheng)為(wei)製(zhi)造(zao)企(qi)業(ye)不(bu)容(rong)回(hui)避(bi)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)課(ke)題(ti),值(zhi)此(ci)盤(pan)旋(xuan)待(dai)變(bian)的(de)時(shi)刻(ke),物(wu)聯(lian)網(wang)(The Internet of Things;IoT)技術即顯得相當重要。
究竟一個植基於物聯網技術的智能工廠,大抵呈現何等樣貌?首先,在智能工廠環境內部,通常會有一套名為“資料采集與監控係統(SCADA)”的(de)係(xi)統(tong),旨(zhi)在(zai)作(zuo)為(wei)監(jian)控(kong)及(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)所(suo)有(you)設(she)備(bei)的(de)集(ji)中(zhong)式(shi)控(kong)製(zhi)台(tai),假(jia)使(shi)沒(mei)有(you)此(ci)係(xi)統(tong),就(jiu)會(hui)有(you)一(yi)群(qun)分(fen)散(san)在(zai)特(te)定(ding)區(qu)域(yu),並(bing)許(xu)多(duo)係(xi)統(tong)組(zu)合(he)而(er)成(cheng)的(de)分(fen)散(san)式(shi)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)(DCS)。

實現智能感測的必備技術
總括而論,要想建立一個智能工廠情境,先決條件即是讓製造流程具備智能判斷的能力,而此一能量的來源,基本上來自於儀器、儀表、傳感器等控製係統,這些都是不可或缺的基礎構成要素。綜觀近幾年來儀器、儀表的智能化發展,主要是以微處理器及人工智能技術為發展主軸,主要是藉由神經網絡、遺傳算法、進化計算、混沌控製等智能技術,為儀器與儀表增添了高速、高效、多功能、高機動性、高靈活度等特質。
比方說專家控製係統(ECS),即(ji)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)融(rong)合(he)大(da)量(liang)專(zhuan)門(men)知(zhi)識(shi)與(yu)經(jing)驗(yan)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)化(hua)係(xi)統(tong),其(qi)透(tou)過(guo)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)與(yu)計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)運(yun)算(suan)技(ji)術(shu),足(zu)以(yi)根(gen)據(ju)某(mou)領(ling)域(yu)一(yi)或(huo)多(duo)個(ge)專(zhuan)家(jia)所(suo)提(ti)供(gong)的(de)知(zhi)識(shi)與(yu)經(jing)驗(yan),從(cong)而(er)進(jin)行(xing)推(tui)理(li)判(pan)斷(duan),並(bing)模(mo)擬(ni)人(ren)類(lei)專(zhuan)家(jia)的(de)決(jue)策(ce)過(guo)程(cheng),以(yi)便(bian)能(neng)解(jie)決(jue)一(yi)些(xie)原(yuan)本(ben)需(xu)要(yao)專(zhuan)家(jia)介(jie)入(ru)的(de)棘(ji)手(shou)難(nan)題(ti)。

有(you)關(guan)工(gong)業(ye)通(tong)信(xin)無(wu)線(xian)化(hua),亦(yi)是(shi)近(jin)幾(ji)年(nian)來(lai)智(zhi)能(neng)工(gong)廠(chang)領(ling)域(yu)之(zhi)中(zhong)的(de)熱(re)門(men)話(hua)題(ti),其(qi)之(zhi)所(suo)以(yi)備(bei)受(shou)關(guan)注(zhu)與(yu)討(tao)論(lun),乃(nai)在(zai)於(yu)無(wu)線(xian)技(ji)術(shu)在(zai)部(bu)署(shu)的(de)便(bian)利(li)性(xing)上(shang),明(ming)顯(xian)較(jiao)過(guo)往(wang)有(you)線(xian)技(ji)術(shu)占(zhan)有(you)優(you)勢(shi),然(ran)值(zhi)得(de)一(yi)提(ti)的(de),不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)藍(lan)牙(ya)、Wi-Fi、GPS、LTE或WiMAX等無線通信標準,無論在於可靠性、確定性、實時性甚或兼容性等方麵,其實都還有進步的空間,因此綜觀現今以智能功能為訴求的儀器、儀表或其它自動化設備,在內嵌無線傳輸功能之餘,仍無法全然切斷其與有線網絡技術的臍帶。
憑借智能感測 既興利也可除弊
無論如何,不管透過何種技術建立智能工廠,終極目的皆在於獲得效益,否則台灣製造業屹立國際舞台已非一天兩天之前,過去停留在“自動化”階段,就已能虎虎生風,何必為了“智能化”而多此一舉。
