4、 理想的全自動生產方式中,係統還具有自學習功能
在實際上,前兩件事是有條件的,後兩條在很大程度上不是人們想象的那回事。

到這裏為止,自動化對拯救美國製造業的作用還是正麵的。但接下來的事情就不那麼清晰了。
自動化能降低對熟練技工的需求嗎?從表麵上看,一切都自動了,人的存在都是多餘的,當然能降低對熟練技工的要求。實際上沒有那麼簡單。
自動控製係統可以控製正常生產條件,並處理有限的、已(yi)知(zhi)的(de)非(fei)正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)。但(dan)隻(zhi)要(yao)在(zai)現(xian)實(shi)世(shi)界(jie)中(zhong)生(sheng)活(huo)過(guo)的(de)人(ren)都(dou)知(zhi)道(dao),未(wei)知(zhi)的(de)非(fei)正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)不(bu)僅(jin)可(ke)能(neng)出(chu)現(xian),而(er)且(qie)總(zong)是(shi)在(zai)最(zui)要(yao)命(ming)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)出(chu)現(xian),隻(zhi)有(you)訓(xun)練(lian)有(you)素(su)和(he)善(shan)於(yu)應(ying)變(bian)的(de)熟(shu)練(lian)技(ji)工(gong)才(cai)能(neng)對(dui)付(fu),所(suo)以(yi)人(ren)的(de)存(cun)在(zai)不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)必(bi)要(yao)的(de),而(er)且(qie)是(shi)救(jiu)命(ming)的(de)。

操(cao)作(zuo)經(jing)驗(yan)流(liu)失(shi)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)個(ge)壞(huai)處(chu)在(zai)於(yu)未(wei)來(lai)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)研(yan)發(fa)。自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)是(shi)天(tian)上(shang)掉(diao)下(xia)來(lai)的(de),更(geng)不(bu)是(shi)紙(zhi)上(shang)談(tan)兵(bing)拍(pai)腦(nao)袋(dai)出(chu)來(lai)的(de),而(er)是(shi)豐(feng)富(fu)操(cao)作(zuo)經(jing)驗(yan)的(de)物(wu)化(hua)。熟(shu)練(lian)技(ji)工(gong)的(de)經(jing)驗(yan)不(bu)僅(jin)對(dui)於(yu)現(xian)有(you)生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)十(shi)分(fen)重(zhong)要(yao),對(dui)於(yu)把(ba)改(gai)進(jin)後(hou)或(huo)者(zhe)全(quan)新(xin)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)開(kai)出(chu)來(lai)更(geng)加(jia)重(zhong)要(yao)。隻(zhi)有(you)通(tong)過(guo)他(ta)們(men)把(ba)新(xin)過(guo)程(cheng)摸(mo)出(chu)來(lai)了(le),才(cai)談(tan)得(de)上(shang)高(gao)度(du)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)。自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)的(de)難(nan)點(dian)通(tong)常(chang)不(bu)在(zai)關(guan)鍵(jian)過(guo)程(cheng)或(huo)者(zhe)動(dong)作(zuo)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua),而(er)在(zai)於(yu)異(yi)常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)處(chu)理(li)、人機交互處理、butongzhuangtaizhijiandewufengzhuanhuan,zhexiedoubushililunhuozhekongxiangkeyijiejuede,bixuyaokaogaodudejingyan。suoyizidonghuajiangdileduibushulianjigongdexuqiu,danbujiangdiduishulianjigongdexuqiu。

這個問題在工程技術人員中也存在。美國製造業公司中技術工作大量外包,一般性設計和工程管理都承包給EPC公司(Engineering Procurement Construction),以降低公司的負擔。這對公司是有利的,有項目的時候請人來做,沒項目的時候不需要養一支隊伍,更沒有福利、養老等長期負擔。外包公司裏都是資深專業人士,經驗和見識比公司裏的人還廣。問題是EPC公司對用戶公司的工程標準和項目程序有一個熟悉過程,這中間的磨合常常令人抓狂。更要命的是,現在可以依靠EPC公司,但大家都沒有從第一線出來的工程師了,下一代EPC的人馬從哪裏來?這種“我死後哪管他洪水滔天”的短視做法和試圖片麵依賴自動化振興製造業一樣成問題。

智(zhi)慧(hui)不(bu)是(shi)知(zhi)識(shi)的(de)堆(dui)積(ji),具(ju)有(you)海(hai)量(liang)的(de)數(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)和(he)閃(shan)電(dian)般(ban)的(de)快(kuai)速(su)檢(jian)索(suo)並(bing)不(bu)能(neng)繞(rao)過(guo)知(zhi)識(shi)的(de)堆(dui)積(ji)不(bu)等(deng)於(yu)智(zhi)慧(hui)這(zhe)個(ge)障(zhang)礙(ai)。麵(mian)對(dui)同(tong)樣(yang)的(de)數(shu)據(ju),不(bu)同(tong)的(de)人(ren)會(hui)做(zuo)出(chu)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)反(fan)應(ying),人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)要(yao)超(chao)越(yue)的(de)是(shi)誰(shui)的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)?lingwai,renleizhinengbenshenyezaibuduanyanjin,renleizhinengdeyidatedianjiushihuiyoujieyuexingdetubian,meiyigekejifamingherenwengainiandoushirenleizhinengtubiandejieguo,lijieherenshizhezhongtubianjizhibenshenjiuxuyaorenleizhinengdeyigetubian。rengongzhinengyaofuzhihechaoyuerenleizhineng,jiuxiangtuziyaochixuandiaozaibiziqiandehuluobuyiyang。
如果人工智能極限是一個哲學問題,在實踐中是否可以不去理睬它,直接用越來越快的計算機挑戰人工智能極限呢?換句話說,哲學問題對人工智能實踐沒有實質性的指導意義呢?自動控製理論比計算機和人工智能先行,很多東西可以借鑒。早期控製理論使用輸入-輸出模型,但60年代卡爾曼提出狀態空間理論,用狀態方程建立全新的模型,更加深刻地揭示了動態係統的本質,並且把線性/非線性、定常/時變、確定性/隨機、單變量/多變量理論放到統一的架構之下。同時,狀態空間也第一次觸及可控性概念。
