近期,工業4.0成為了一個非常熱門的詞彙,在製造業,乃至IT業、金融業、政界等多個領域都刮起了一場風暴。毋庸置疑,工業4.0必將給我們未來的生活、工作帶來巨大的變革。
從目前的發展趨勢看,各個國家都在大力推行與工業4.0相關的計劃,我國就提出了“中國製造2025”,中航工業也組織了一係列會議、論壇,探討如何結合公司自身情況發展工業4.0。工業4.0是德國根據本國的工業發展情況提出的一個概念,經過了多年的精益優化和流程規範,德國工業的數字化、自動化水平達到了較高的高度,普遍可以達到工業3.0的標準。與之相比,我國由於各種曆史原因,工業的發展曆程並不順利,尤其是以航空航天為代表的行業,產品品種多、批量小,工業自動化、數字化水平較低,生產模式以數控單機運行為主,僅能達到“工業2.0+”的水平。所以,要想實現工業4.0,我們還有很多的課要補。
在(zai)要(yao)補(bu)的(de)課(ke)程(cheng)中(zhong),工(gong)藝(yi)是(shi)最(zui)基(ji)礎(chu)也(ye)是(shi)需(xu)要(yao)最(zui)先(xian)補(bu)的(de)一(yi)門(men)課(ke)。在(zai)工(gong)廠(chang)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)全(quan)流(liu)程(cheng)相(xiang)關(guan)業(ye)務(wu)中(zhong),工(gong)藝(yi)工(gong)作(zuo)處(chu)於(yu)基(ji)礎(chu)與(yu)先(xian)導(dao)地(di)位(wei)。工(gong)藝(yi)決(jue)定(ding)了(le)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)流(liu)程(cheng),從(cong)而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)了(le)工(gong)廠(chang)的(de)布(bu)局(ju)、運yun行xing方fang式shi和he生sheng產chan組zu織zhi方fang式shi,這zhe些xie因yin素su共gong同tong決jue定ding了le產chan品pin的de生sheng產chan效xiao率lv和he質zhi量liang。如ru果guo說shuo設she備bei是shi工gong廠chang的de肌ji肉rou,傳chuan感gan器qi和he網wang絡luo是shi工gong廠chang的de神shen經jing,那na麼me工gong藝yi則ze是shi工gong廠chang的de靈ling魂hun。因yin此ci,改gai進jin工gong藝yi工gong作zuo勢shi在zai必bi行xing。
首先,工藝工作的改進要從精益優化現有工藝開始,結合AOS(中航工業運營管理體係)的相關要求,按照統一的體係規範,實行工藝標準化,推廣工藝精益化,研究工藝穩健化。無論是傳統生產方式還是工業4.0環境下的智能工廠,都需要有精益穩定的製造工藝,這也是解決我們目前效率和質量問題的根本途徑。所謂智能工廠的“智能”是技術人員將一係列的判斷因素、思(si)考(kao)邏(luo)輯(ji),根(gen)據(ju)具(ju)體(ti)的(de)業(ye)務(wu)流(liu)程(cheng)進(jin)行(xing)提(ti)煉(lian)而(er)形(xing)成(cheng)的(de),與(yu)人(ren)類(lei)的(de)智(zhi)能(neng)不(bu)可(ke)相(xiang)提(ti)並(bing)論(lun)。因(yin)此(ci),其(qi)對(dui)製(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)比(bi)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)式(shi)要(yao)高(gao)很(hen)多(duo),不(bu)完(wan)善(shan)的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)的(de)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)下(xia)隻(zhi)會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)我(wo)們(men)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)低(di)下(xia)、產品質量不穩定,但在工業4.0環境下,不穩定的工藝規程則會出現預測外錯誤,使智能工廠終止運行,造成重大損失。

第五,對現有的各工藝信息係統進行集成,實現單一數據源,保證互聯互通。實現所有業務在統一平台下的運作是工業4.0的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)目(mu)標(biao)之(zhi)一(yi),此(ci)前(qian)我(wo)們(men)在(zai)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)方(fang)麵(mian)投(tou)入(ru)了(le)很(hen)多(duo)資(zi)源(yuan),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)工(gong)藝(yi)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua),在(zai)各(ge)項(xiang)業(ye)務(wu)中(zhong),工(gong)藝(yi)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)的(de)水(shui)平(ping)是(shi)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de),但(dan)現(xian)有(you)的(de)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)建(jian)設(she)缺(que)乏(fa)整(zheng)體(ti)的(de)統(tong)籌(chou)策(ce)劃(hua),各(ge)信(xin)息(xi)係(xi)統(tong)相(xiang)對(dui)獨(du)立(li),沒(mei)有(you)共(gong)享(xiang)信(xin)息(xi)資(zi)源(yuan),形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)一(yi)個(ge)個(ge)信(xin)息(xi)孤(gu)島(dao),對(dui)於(yu)提(ti)升(sheng)整(zheng)體(ti)業(ye)務(wu)效(xiao)率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)了(le)很(hen)大(da)障(zhang)礙(ai)。因(yin)此(ci),現(xian)在(zai)需(xu)要(yao)我(wo)們(men)站(zhan)在(zai)公(gong)司(si)整(zheng)體(ti)的(de)層(ceng)麵(mian),對(dui)工(gong)藝(yi)信(xin)息(xi)係(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)統(tong)一(yi)平(ping)台(tai)的(de)集(ji)成(cheng)工(gong)作(zuo),將(jiang)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)真(zhen)正(zheng)發(fa)揮(hui)出(chu)來(lai)。
