近日,和利時與富春環保合作開發實施的江蘇富春江環保熱電有限公司(以下簡稱:江蘇熱電)智慧電廠一階段試點項目——3#爐2#jizushunlitouyun,bingyuanmanwanchengxingnengyanshou。xiangmugexiangchengguojingzhundachengyuqimubiao,yingdefuchunhuanbaodegaodurenkeyuchongfenkending。cicihezuodechenggongluodi,bujinbiaozhizhefuchunhuanbaoshoutaoguoluzhinengyouhuakongzhishengjixiangmuchenggongshouguan,yeyiweizheshuangfangzaizhihuidianchanglingyudehezuomairushendugongyingdexinjieduan,weinengyuanxingyeshuzhihuazhuanxingtigonglekefuzhi、可推廣的標杆案例與寶貴實踐經驗。

項目背景
江蘇熱電現配備3台110t/h 高溫高壓循環流化床鍋爐,配套2 台15MW 背(bei)壓(ya)式(shi)汽(qi)輪(lun)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu),采(cai)用(yong)母(mu)管(guan)製(zhi)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)供(gong)應(ying)模(mo)式(shi),經(jing)背(bei)壓(ya)機(ji)組(zu)減(jian)溫(wen)減(jian)壓(ya)後(hou)為(wei)園(yuan)區(qu)企(qi)業(ye)提(ti)供(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)用(yong)汽(qi)。受(shou)園(yuan)區(qu)企(qi)業(ye)用(yong)汽(qi)需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)不(bu)確(que)定(ding)性(xing)影(ying)響(xiang),機(ji)組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)麵(mian)臨(lin)多(duo)重(zhong)痛(tong)點(dian):guolufuhebodongjulie,zidongkongzhitourulvbuzu,yunxingrenyuanxuchengdangaoqiangducaozuo,qieshengchanzhuangtaigaoduyilaigerenjingyanyucaozuoxiguan。weiqieshiqianghuazhengqigongyingdewendingxingyukekaoxing,jijixiangyingguojia“雙碳”戰略及能源數字化轉型號召,富春環保決定以江蘇熱電3#爐2#機為試點,啟動優化控製升級改造項目。經多輪實地考察、深度調研與嚴格篩選,最終與和利時達成友好合作,攜手推進機組能效與智能化水平雙升級。
應用效果
本項目深度應用和利時智能優化控製係統(HOLLiAS iOC),針對3#爐2#機全流程開展智能化升級改造,覆蓋鍋爐燃燒係統、汽水係統、爐機協調係統、除chu氧yang公gong用yong係xi統tong及ji環huan保bao係xi統tong等deng核he心xin環huan節jie。項xiang目mu團tuan隊dui經jing過guo多duo輪lun現xian場chang調tiao研yan與yu技ji術shu攻gong堅jian,深shen度du貼tie合he現xian場chang工gong藝yi運yun行xing特te性xing,依yi托tuo優you化hua係xi統tong中zhong集ji成cheng的de自zi研yan時shi間jian序xu列lie預yu測ce模mo型xing,融rong合he數shu據ju挖wa掘jue、模型訓練、強化學習、智能仿人工操作等前沿算法,結合自尋優、報警導航等核心技術,實現了機組動態負荷的智能優化與協調控製,可快速響應外界負荷需求的變化。
該技術方案不僅保障鍋爐始終處於最優燃燒效率,築牢安全生產防線,更達成50%-110% 負荷區間外界用汽大幅波動下全自動智能運行,縮短負荷響應滯後時間,同時實現風煤配比動態實時優化,全麵提升機組運行的智能化、高效化與穩定性。
