如何進行有內涵、有特色的自動化專業建設與發展?我們必須從宏觀的人才培養模式、中觀的工程教育體係以及微觀的傳統教學環節三個層次著手,針對人才培養方案、核(he)心(xin)課(ke)程(cheng)教(jiao)學(xue)等(deng)教(jiao)學(xue)體(ti)係(xi)各(ge)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian)進(jin)行(xing)一(yi)係(xi)列(lie)創(chuang)新(xin)性(xing)改(gai)革(ge)舉(ju)措(cuo)。並(bing)努(nu)力(li)形(xing)成(cheng)較(jiao)完(wan)整(zheng)的(de),以(yi)專(zhuan)業(ye)能(neng)力(li)培(pei)養(yang)為(wei)導(dao)向(xiang)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)專(zhuan)業(ye)工(gong)程(cheng)化(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)體(ti)係(xi)。
首先,宏觀構建自動化專業協同創新人才培養模式,實現專業特色發展。
學校可以通過培養責任“雙主體”、教學過程“雙嵌入”、學生實踐“雙導師”等舉措,形成“深度聯合、立體開放”的校企深度合作高素質工程技術人才培養機製,充分激發各協同單位參與人才培養全過程的主動性和積極性。

湖工大組織專業教師進行深入研討,從軌道交通、包裝、印刷等具有鮮明行業特色的工程背景中,提取出一些典型的“複雜工程問題”案(an)例(li),將(jiang)其(qi)設(she)計(ji)成(cheng)能(neng)夠(gou)反(fan)映(ying)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)綜(zong)合(he)水(shui)準(zhun)的(de)一(yi)係(xi)列(lie)綜(zong)合(he)性(xing)工(gong)程(cheng)設(she)計(ji)任(ren)務(wu)。同(tong)時(shi),建(jian)立(li)研(yan)究(jiu)型(xing)教(jiao)學(xue)改(gai)革(ge)的(de)激(ji)勵(li)與(yu)保(bao)障(zhang)機(ji)製(zhi),促(cu)進(jin)專(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)師(shi),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)主(zhu)動(dong)學(xue)習(xi)並(bing)掌(zhang)握(wo)慕(mu)課(ke)等(deng)現(xian)代(dai)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)。

湖工大在課堂教學環節,圍繞著“單片機原理與應用”國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)精(jing)品(pin)資(zi)源(yuan)共(gong)享(xiang)課(ke)程(cheng)等(deng)質(zhi)量(liang)工(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu),進(jin)行(xing)了(le)課(ke)程(cheng)組(zu)建(jian)設(she)等(deng)一(yi)係(xi)列(lie)創(chuang)新(xin)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)試(shi)點(dian)。針(zhen)對(dui)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)畢(bi)業(ye)設(she)計(ji)流(liu)於(yu)形(xing)式(shi)等(deng)問(wen)題(ti),依(yi)托(tuo)湖(hu)南(nan)省(sheng)十(shi)二(er)五(wu)專(zhuan)業(ye)綜(zong)合(he)改(gai)革(ge)試(shi)點(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)以(yi)及(ji)學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)素(su)質(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)計(ji)劃(hua),進(jin)行(xing)了(le)自(zi)行(xing)組(zu)隊(dui)、自定課題、zixuandaoshidekaifangshibiyeshejishidian。zaizhuanyeshijianhuanjie,yituozhuanyezonghegaigeshidianyijixiaowaishixijididengzhilianggongchengxiangmu,xietongqiyelianhechengdanbiyexueshenggongchengshixundeshidiangongzuo。bingjinyibuqianghuagongchengshixunxiaoguo,meiweixueshengbixuyicanjiaruqiyeguanmingde“自動化工程實踐能力競賽”初賽的方式獲得實訓成績。
