近(jin)期(qi),彙(hui)川(chuan)技(ji)術(shu)參(can)與(yu)海(hai)外(wai)項(xiang)目(mu)競(jing)標(biao),成(cheng)功(gong)中(zhong)標(biao)柬(jian)埔(pu)寨(zhai)國(guo)鴻(hong)俊(jun)電(dian)力(li)改(gai)造(zao)項(xiang)目(mu),拿(na)到(dao)高(gao)壓(ya)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)全(quan)額(e)訂(ding)單(dan)。而(er)在(zai)此(ci)次(ci)的(de)招(zhao)標(biao)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),彙(hui)川(chuan)技(ji)術(shu)產(chan)品(pin)中(zhong)的(de)無(wu)電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)無(wu)擾(rao)切(qie)換(huan)和(he)機(ji)械(xie)式(shi)非(fei)對(dui)稱(cheng)單(dan)元(yuan)旁(pang)路(lu)兩(liang)項(xiang)關(guan)鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)應(ying)用(yong),成(cheng)為(wei)其(qi)受(shou)到(dao)青(qing)睞(lai)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)因(yin)素(su)。
在一些項目環境中,變頻器隻作為軟啟用,電機變頻啟動後需要切換至工頻運行,但變頻器輸出電壓和工頻電網電壓在相位、幅值上有差別,切換時容易產生衝擊電流,衝擊電流過大時容易拉跨電網,造成全廠區停電,後果非常嚴重;也(ye)可(ke)能(neng)造(zao)成(cheng)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)過(guo)流(liu)故(gu)障(zhang)。在(zai)重(zhong)要(yao)負(fu)載(zai)需(xu)要(yao)將(jiang)電(dian)機(ji)從(cong)工(gong)頻(pin)切(qie)換(huan)至(zhi)變(bian)頻(pin)的(de)場(chang)合(he),利(li)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)鎖(suo)頻(pin)鎖(suo)相(xiang)技(ji)術(shu),實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)機(ji)在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)電(dian)網(wang)和(he)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)之(zhi)間(jian)平(ping)滑(hua)切(qie)換(huan),被(bei)稱(cheng)為(wei)“無擾切換”,有助於電機運行穩定,保持長期不間斷工作。
目前,無擾切換技術趨於成熟,在國內,由彙川技術首創的HD9X係列高壓變頻器無擾切換技術已經曆3代更新。第一、第(di)二(er)代(dai)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)加(jia)裝(zhuang)電(dian)抗(kang)櫃(gui)和(he)旁(pang)路(lu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi),電(dian)抗(kang)櫃(gui)內(nei)含(han)均(jun)流(liu)電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)和(he)真(zhen)空(kong)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi),用(yong)於(yu)抑(yi)製(zhi)切(qie)換(huan)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)小(xiao)幅(fu)衝(chong)擊(ji),防(fang)止(zhi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)出(chu)現(xian)過(guo)流(liu)故(gu)障(zhang)。而(er)彙(hui)川(chuan)技(ji)術(shu)最(zui)新(xin)的(de)第(di)三(san)代(dai)無(wu)擾(rao)切(qie)換(huan)技(ji)術(shu),則(ze)無(wu)需(xu)加(jia)裝(zhuang)電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi),工(gong)變(bian)頻(pin)無(wu)並(bing)網(wang)運(yun)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng),實(shi)現(xian)快(kuai)速(su)同(tong)步(bu)切(qie)換(huan)。對(dui)比(bi)來(lai)看(kan),一(yi)套(tao)電(dian)抗(kang)櫃(gui)的(de)價(jia)格(ge)在(zai)3萬元以上,而無電抗器的方式可降低整套變頻係統成本約10%,並減少占地空間,降低後期維護工作量。
彙(hui)川(chuan)無(wu)擾(rao)切(qie)換(huan)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)獨(du)到(dao)之(zhi)處(chu),在(zai)於(yu)可(ke)以(yi)控(kong)製(zhi)第(di)三(san)方(fang)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong)。有(you)些(xie)使(shi)用(yong)情(qing)況(kuang)中(zhong),在(zai)早(zao)期(qi)配(pei)置(zhi)高(gao)壓(ya)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)時(shi)並(bing)沒(mei)有(you)配(pei)置(zhi)無(wu)擾(rao)切(qie)換(huan),需(xu)要(yao)加(jia)裝(zhuang)電(dian)抗(kang)櫃(gui)等(deng)器(qi)件(jian)實(shi)現(xian)該(gai)功(gong)能(neng),成(cheng)本(ben)不(bu)菲(fei)。而(er)彙(hui)川(chuan)的(de)無(wu)電(dian)抗(kang)器(qi)無(wu)擾(rao)切(qie)換(huan)可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)軟(ruan)件(jian)控(kong)製(zhi)第(di)三(san)方(fang)硬(ying)件(jian),幫(bang)助(zhu)各(ge)種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing)的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)實(shi)現(xian)功(gong)能(neng)升(sheng)級(ji)。目(mu)前(qian),已(yi)在(zai)高(gao)爐(lu)鼓(gu)風(feng)機(ji)等(deng)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)現(xian)改(gai)造(zao)應(ying)用(yong)。
此次中標中,另一項受到關注的關鍵技術——jixieshifeiduichengpanglu,shidanggaoyabianpinqimougedanyuanfashengguzhangshi,jiangguzhangdanyuancongzhuhuiluzhongfenlichuqu,baozhengbianpinxitongzhengchangyunzhuan,tigaoxitongkekaoxing。huichuanjixieshipanglujiechuqixianquancaiyongfenbushigongdian,jiechuqidechudianhexianquanjibenchuyudiyadianweicha,erzhezhijianwuxugaoyajueyuan,baozhenganquan;meigejiechuqidekongzhihejiancebufentongguomeigegonglvdanyuanwancheng,liyonggonglvdanyuanyuanyoudeguangxianhezhukongxitongjinxingtongxin,tigaokekaoxing,jiangdichengben。tongshi,bianpinqizuoweiyigerouxingbianhuandesanxiangjiaoliudianyuan,yiwuzhongxiandefangshiyudianjilianjie,guerzhiyaodianjizhenggexiandianyaweiduichengsanxiangjike。sanxiangxiandianyagouchengyigedengbiansanjiaoxing。jiarumouxiegedanyuanfashenglesunhuai,zekeyicaiyongpiaoyizhongxingdiandefangfa,gaibianPWM控製的相電壓參考信號之間的夾角,達到輸出線電壓對稱的目的。彙川的機械式非對稱旁路技術運行經驗豐富,目前至少有300台具備這一功能的高壓變頻器在各風機、水泵類負載環境中運行,故障率低於1%,真正幫助用戶企業實現不停機。
