數字經濟促進傳統製造業
轉型升級的內涵與邏輯
2.1數字經濟
數字經濟概念起源於20世紀90年代。在數字經濟中,數字網絡和通信基礎設施搭建了能夠促進個人和組織交往、通信、合作和信息共享的平台。隨著5G技術快速發展與應用,數字經濟在全球經濟社會中的重要作用進一步凸顯,規模經濟、範圍經濟及長尾效應構成了數字經濟的主要經濟環境。近年來,許多國家和國際組織針對數字經濟提出不同見解。國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)認為,數字經濟狹義上僅指在線平台及依存於平台的活動,廣義上是指使用了數字化數據的活動。杭州G20峰會定義為,以使用數字化的知識和信息作為關鍵生產要素、以現代信息網絡作為重要載體、yixinxitongxinjishudeyouxiaoshiyongzuoweixiaolvtishenghejingjijiegouyouhuadezhongyaotuidonglideyixiliejingjihuodong。zonghelaikan,shuzijingjishiyishujuweijichu,yunyongxiandaixinxijishujiangshujuzhuanhuaweizhizaoyekeyongxinxi,cushishujuxinxiyuchuantongzhizaoyeshenduronghe,buduantigaozhizaoyedeshuzihuashuiping,jiasuzhizaoyezhinenghuazhuanxingshengji。
2.2製造業轉型升級
製造業是我國國民經濟健康發展、社會大局穩定的重要基石,但是近年來卻麵臨著多重發展掣肘:
一是“鎖定”全球價值鏈低附加值環節的低端製造業的勞動力成本優勢不再,遭受發展中國家低勞動力成本競爭;
二是高端製造業競爭優勢未成氣候,麵臨全球貿易保護主義和發達國家的壁壘堵截;
三是傳統製造業自身發展動能不足,仍然拘泥於惡性競爭、低利潤率等固有弊端。

2.3數字經濟促進製造業轉型升級邏輯

其次,數字經濟是傳統製造業轉型升級的必要路徑。數字經濟能夠重構行業競爭模式、重塑產業生態。傳統製造業借力數字技術,促進自身研發、生產、銷(xiao)售(shou)和(he)組(zu)織(zhi)全(quan)業(ye)務(wu)流(liu)程(cheng)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua),催(cui)化(hua)產(chan)品(pin)創(chuang)新(xin)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)升(sheng)級(ji),間(jian)接(jie)改(gai)變(bian)原(yuan)有(you)競(jing)爭(zheng)格(ge)局(ju),革(ge)新(xin)傳(chuan)統(tong)製(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)生(sheng)態(tai),最(zui)終(zhong)實(shi)現(xian)數(shu)字(zi)經(jing)濟(ji)產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)。數(shu)字(zi)經(jing)濟(ji)產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)是(shi)指(zhi)傳(chuan)統(tong)產(chan)業(ye)鏈(lian)上(shang)下(xia)遊(you)通(tong)過(guo)開(kai)放(fang)生(sheng)產(chan)要(yao)素(su)方(fang)式(shi)建(jian)立(li)合(he)作(zuo)關(guan)係(xi),創(chuang)造(zao)用(yong)戶(hu)價(jia)值(zhi)並(bing)實(shi)現(xian)價(jia)值(zhi)傳(chuan)遞(di)。在(zai)共(gong)同(tong)利(li)益(yi)目(mu)標(biao)驅(qu)動(dong)下(xia),每(mei)個(ge)經(jing)營(ying)實(shi)體(ti)必(bi)須(xu)加(jia)強(qiang)與(yu)係(xi)統(tong)內(nei)部(bu)業(ye)務(wu)協(xie)同(tong),從(cong)而(er)形(xing)成(cheng)價(jia)值(zhi)創(chuang)造(zao)的(de)範(fan)圍(wei)經(jing)濟(ji)。
一方麵,數字經濟為傳統製造業創新“共享經濟”和“平台企業”商業模式,使得傳統產業鏈條延展和產品附加價值增加,同時也拓寬市場邊界,增強國內外市場間聯動,部分實現了“完全競爭”市場效果;另一方麵,數字經濟可以創造全新消費模式和消費熱點,依托“智能定製”和“體驗式銷售”實現消費場景升級,滿足用戶的碎片化需求,凸顯“長尾效應”,提升用戶價值和增強用戶黏性。

三是借力數據資源,完成製造產業鏈上遊與下遊需求有效對接。加快生產要素以資本、勞動為主向技術、服務轉變,加強研發設計、市場調研、物流運輸、售(shou)後(hou)服(fu)務(wu)等(deng)環(huan)節(jie)銜(xian)接(jie),加(jia)深(shen)以(yi)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)需(xu)求(qiu)為(wei)導(dao)向(xiang)的(de)製(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)與(yu)服(fu)務(wu)業(ye)融(rong)合(he)發(fa)展(zhan),逐(zhu)步(bu)將(jiang)生(sheng)產(chan)偏(pian)重(zhong)從(cong)產(chan)品(pin)本(ben)身(shen)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)需(xu)求(qiu),以(yi)此(ci)形(xing)成(cheng)差(cha)異(yi)化(hua)競(jing)爭(zheng)優(you)勢(shi)。

3.1明確數字經濟地位,深挖數據潛在價值
