替代國外品牌,國產溫控器實現光伏半導體領域突破

超高的技術門檻使得能進入半導體領域的串級溫控器廠商屈指可數,以往隻有日本AZBIL、英國PMA和美國WATLOW旗下EUROTHERM等少數品牌可以滿足要求。而宇電新推出的AI-8半導體設備專用串級溫控器去年成功進入光伏製造領域,成為目前唯一一家產品通過光伏半導體市場驗證的國產溫控器企業。

從宇電官網得知,AI-8半導體設備專用溫控器具有高精度、低溫漂且高效節能的突出優勢,采用了宇電新一代高性能24位定製A/D芯片,基於AI人工智能技術的PID算法,具有0.05-0.2級多種測量精度可選,抗幹擾性強,可靠性高。而相對進口串級溫控器來說,宇電自主研發的AI智能自動定標技術讓串級儀表的調試工作和普通單回路PID儀表的一樣簡單,遇到複雜控製對象也能輕鬆應對,從而在控製算法上實現了對進口串級溫控器的超越。

不僅僅是便宜,在性能上也實現對進口產品的全麵超越
由於過去多年以來國產品牌缺席高端市場的原因,行業普遍有一種固有認識“國產產品優勢主要是便宜,上檔次還是要用進口產品”,而且,隨著2023年芯片荒結束,進口溫控器恢複正常供應,設備企業又開始在其新產品中重新恢複使用進口溫控器產品。

據悉,在光伏製造領域應用的溫控器型號還不是宇電最高端的產品,他們已推出了麵向要求更苛刻的微電子、jichengdianluzhizaolingyudegenggaoxingnengdewenkongqixinghaochanpin,muqianzhengyuduojiabandaotishebeigongyingshangjinxingqiatanhezuo,rangwomenqidaibandaotishebeiguochanhuayougenglingrenjingxidebiaoxian。
