人形機器人帶來工業發展新機遇

人(ren)形(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)是(shi)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)與(yu)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)技(ji)術(shu)深(shen)度(du)融(rong)合(he)的(de)產(chan)物(wu)。近(jin)年(nian)來(lai),機(ji)器(qi)擬(ni)人(ren)多(duo)條(tiao)技(ji)術(shu)路(lu)線(xian)得(de)到(dao)突(tu)破(po)和(he)實(shi)際(ji)應(ying)用(yong),不(bu)少(shao)企(qi)業(ye)推(tui)出(chu)技(ji)術(shu)相(xiang)對(dui)成(cheng)熟(shu)且(qie)價(jia)格(ge)較(jiao)低(di)的(de)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)產(chan)品(pin),使(shi)得(de)人(ren)形(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)走(zou)進(jin)大(da)眾(zhong)視(shi)野(ye)。4月yue份fen在zai北bei京jing舉ju辦ban的de全quan球qiu首shou場chang人ren形xing機ji器qi人ren半ban程cheng馬ma拉la鬆song賽sai更geng是shi進jin一yi步bu推tui高gao人ren形xing機ji器qi人ren的de熱re度du。在zai機ji器qi人ren應ying用yong較jiao為wei普pu遍bian的de工gong業ye領ling域yu,人ren形xing機ji器qi人ren的de發fa展zhan會hui帶dai來lai什shen麼me影ying響xiang?能neng否fou進jin一yi步bu改gai造zao升sheng級ji工gong業ye,促cu成cheng產chan業ye的de又you一yi次ci變bian革ge?

相較傳統機器人,人形機器人有突出的特征和優勢,在機械構造、智能化、擬人仿生等技術領域取得顯著進步。一是實現了工程機械的突破。人形機器人雙足站立奔跑、五指抓取等動作逐漸成熟,推動了傳動係統、機械設計、結構設計、運動控製、環(huan)境(jing)感(gan)知(zhi)等(deng)技(ji)術(shu)發(fa)展(zhan),使(shi)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)能(neng)夠(gou)在(zai)複(fu)雜(za)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)行(xing)和(he)執(zhi)行(xing)多(duo)樣(yang)化(hua)任(ren)務(wu)。二(er)是(shi)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)智(zhi)力(li)水(shui)平(ping)的(de)突(tu)破(po)。在(zai)傳(chuan)感(gan)技(ji)術(shu)和(he)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)技(ji)術(shu)賦(fu)能(neng)下(xia),人(ren)形(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)對(dui)外(wai)部(bu)世(shi)界(jie)的(de)更(geng)強(qiang)感(gan)知(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)主(zhu)動(dong)適(shi)應(ying)外(wai)部(bu)環(huan)境(jing)變(bian)化(hua),這(zhe)使(shi)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)具(ju)有(you)更(geng)強(qiang)的(de)自(zi)主(zhu)性(xing)和(he)柔(rou)性(xing)。三(san)是(shi)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)擬(ni)人(ren)仿(fang)生(sheng)的(de)突(tu)破(po)。人(ren)形(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)設(she)計(ji)具(ju)有(you)更(geng)強(qiang)的(de)親(qin)近(jin)感(gan),與(yu)人(ren)的(de)交(jiao)互(hu)更(geng)加(jia)簡(jian)便(bian),使(shi)用(yong)者(zhe)不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)專(zhuan)門(men)學(xue)習(xi),就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)通(tong)過(guo)人(ren)類(lei)語(yu)言(yan)向(xiang)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)下(xia)達(da)指(zhi)令(ling),這(zhe)使(shi)得(de)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)能(neng)夠(gou)進(jin)入(ru)更(geng)多(duo)非(fei)專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)應(ying)用(yong)領(ling)域(yu)。

人形機器人能夠助推工業生產“人機融合”發展。出於安全考慮,傳統工業機器人在運行中是不能被人類接觸甚至接近的,而“人機融合”就是通過技術手段破除人與機器的物理障礙,更好發揮兩者優勢,實現更高效率,完成更複雜工作。2015年前後,各大機器人廠商開始力推可以和人類夥伴同平台工作的協作機器人,並迅速擴大產品線,例如發那科的CR和CRX係列,ABB公司的YuMi、SWIFTI、GoFa係列,安川的HC係列,庫卡的LBR iiwa係列,等等。協作機器人與人類共享空間,協同工作完成任務並保證人類的安全,已經在汽車製造、電子信息、金屬加工、生(sheng)物(wu)醫(yi)藥(yao)等(deng)工(gong)業(ye)行(xing)業(ye)得(de)到(dao)應(ying)用(yong),成(cheng)為(wei)工(gong)業(ye)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)家(jia)族(zu)的(de)新(xin)成(cheng)員(yuan),進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)工(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)。人(ren)形(xing)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)本(ben)身(shen)就(jiu)具(ju)備(bei)和(he)人(ren)類(lei)頻(pin)繁(fan)肢(zhi)體(ti)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)特(te)征(zheng),其(qi)傳(chuan)感(gan)技(ji)術(shu)、軌跡運算技術、yundongkongzhijishukeyibeiyingyongyuxiezuojiqirendeshejihezhizao。ciwai,renxingjiqirenyurenleigongchudelinianheluojiyekeduixiezuojiqirenfazhantigongzhongyaojiejian。
