變頻器具有節能功能,這在很多領域中得到了驗證。我們使用的水泵電機是7.5KW,因此抱著試一試的心情選用VFD-F-7.5KW台達變頻器,該變頻器是風機水泵專用型,並且具有自動增益控製功能(PID調節);我們使用台達VFD-F變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)與(yu)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)器(qi)相(xiang)配(pei)合(he),采(cai)用(yong)恒(heng)壓(ya)供(gong)水(shui)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)。這(zhe)樣(yang)不(bu)管(guan)設(she)備(bei)工(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)否(fou),使(shi)水(shui)管(guan)道(dao)中(zhong)水(shui)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)始(shi)終(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)壓(ya)力(li)上(shang),使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)隨(sui)著(zhe)供(gong)水(shui)量(liang)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)而(er)變(bian)化(hua),這(zhe)樣(yang)不(bu)但(dan)節(jie)約(yue)了(le)電(dian)能(neng),也(ye)節(jie)約(yue)了(le)水(shui)源(yuan),還(hai)保(bao)護(hu)了(le)電(dian)機(ji)。具(ju)體(ti)做(zuo)法(fa)是(shi)將(jiang)壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)正(zheng)端(duan)接(jie)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)24V正端,其負端DCM接變頻器AC11,變頻器ACM端子接壓力變送器負端。再就是將變頻器功能參數進行修改,先將02-00設定為01,04-07設定為17,即變頻器主頻來源於模擬量AC11,再將04-13設置為20.0,04-14設置為4.0,將於4-15設置為100.00,將4-16設置為0.00。qimudejiushidangyalibiansongqiyalizuidashi,shibianpinqipinlvzuidi,shuibengdianjizhuansuzuidi,dangyalibiansongqiyalizuixiaoshi,shibianpinqipinlvzuigao,shuibengdianjizhuansuzuigao,suizheyongshuiliangdebianhua,bianpinqipinlvbianhua,jingguoPID調節參數修改後,使管道壓力始終保持不變;即(ji)使(shi)用(yong)水(shui)量(liang)是(shi)個(ge)變(bian)量(liang),但(dan)最(zui)終(zhong)壓(ya)力(li)是(shi)恒(heng)定(ding)的(de)。現(xian)在(zai)我(wo)公(gong)司(si)已(yi)在(zai)幾(ji)處(chu)安(an)裝(zhuang)了(le)這(zhe)樣(yang)自(zi)動(dong)循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)係(xi)統(tong),經(jing)過(guo)幾(ji)年(nian)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)實(shi)踐(jian)證(zheng)明(ming)效(xiao)果(guo)很(hen)好(hao),與(yu)在(zai)價(jia)格(ge)性(xing)能(neng)比(bi)上(shang)還(hai)優(you)於(yu)中(zhong)外(wai)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)。
