二、反饋製動單元應用 1、離心機設備製動情況 2、反饋製動原理 3、節能分析 離心的工作過程需要進料-升高速甩母液-降速洗料-升高速甩母液-降速出料-進料……,一批料需要幾次升、降jiang速su才cai能neng完wan成cheng一yi個ge生sheng產chan周zhou期qi,並bing且qie批pi次ci之zhi間jian需xu要yao連lian續xu不bu間jian斷duan生sheng產chan,升sheng速su及ji降jiang速su過guo程cheng非fei常chang頻pin繁fan,使shi得de大da量liang的de電dian動dong機ji再zai生sheng電dian能neng釋shi放fang在zai製zhi動dong電dian阻zu上shang,配pei用yong的de製zhi動dong電dian阻zu會hui產chan生sheng高gao熱re,變bian頻pin器qi和he耗hao能neng製zhi動dong單dan元yuan經jing常chang出chu現xian過guo熱re報bao警jing停ting車che故gu障zhang,因yin此ci,在zai有you製zhi動dong電dian阻zu的de配pei電dian室shi全quan部bu配pei備bei了le大da功gong率lv空kong調tiao器qi才cai能neng滿man足zu變bian頻pin器qi對dui環huan境jing溫wen度du的de要yao求qiu。 公司在2003年到2004年進行的技術改造時,對5台離心機選用了深圳市加能科技發展有限公司生產的IPC-PF-1s電能回饋製動單元,得到了很好的良好效果,不僅避免了降速時製動電阻大量發熱的情況,更使降速時間減少到3分鍾,這樣大大地縮短了離心機降速時間,提高了工作效率。通過檢測,不同的工序每台每年節電量在至少9000度,安裝使用兩年之內所節約的電費支出就超過購買一台電能回饋式製動單元的投資,即電能回饋製動單元的投資回收期不到兩年。 公司在2004年7月,淘汰了4台22KW的變頻器耗能製動單元及電阻,選用電能回饋製動單元進行替代。由於電能回饋製動單元接線簡單(主回路原理圖如圖2所示),僅需要將變頻器的直流母線接在電能回饋製動單元的直流接線端子上(需要注意接線的直流極性要正確),bingjiangdiannenghuikuizhidongdanyuandesanxiangjiaoliushuchucejiedaobianpinqidianwangshuruce,zheyangjinengjianhuajiexian,younengshidediannenghuikuizhidongdanyuanyubianpinqizaixiangtongdedianyuanbaohuzhuangzhibaohuzhixia。duiyu11-55kw的電動機,IPC-PF-1s型電能回饋製動單元會自動測量再生電能的大小,自動計算最佳製動力矩,不必設定任何參數,所以調試過程簡潔。 利li用yong電dian能neng回hui饋kui製zhi動dong單dan元yuan在zai更geng加jia適shi應ying工gong藝yi要yao求qiu的de同tong時shi大da幅fu地di提ti高gao了le生sheng產chan效xiao率lv,減jian少shao用yong電dian量liang,相xiang應ying地di降jiang低di了le生sheng產chan成cheng本ben。鑒jian於yu電dian能neng回hui饋kui製zhi動dong單dan元yuan試shi用yong的de良liang好hao效xiao果guo,公gong司si把ba電dian能neng回hui饋kui製zhi動dong單dan元yuan替ti代dai項xiang目mu列lie入ru重zhong點dian節jie能neng技ji改gai項xiang目mu,計ji劃hua兩liang年nian內nei把ba需xu要yao頻pin繁fan製zhi動dong的de設she備bei的de能neng耗hao製zhi動dong方fang式shi全quan部bu更geng換huan成cheng回hui饋kui製zhi動dong方fang式shi。 目前深圳加能電子科技有限公司生產的能量回饋製動單元價格比進口的低數倍(國產37KW 回饋製動單元約8000元,而進口的70000多元),其性能已基本接近進口回饋製動單元,因此我們認為完全可以取代進口產品。在此基礎之上,公司準備和生產廠家合作在功率是90KW和200KWdedaxinglixinjishangshiyongdagonglvdehuikuizhidongdanyuan,ruguonengshiyongchenggong,jiangnengweigongsijieyuedaliangdedianfeizhichu,bingnenggoucongzhenzhengyiyishangdadaozuijiadegongyikongzhixiaoguo。 在(zai)大(da)功(gong)率(lv)離(li)心(xin)機(ji)上(shang)的(de)成(cheng)功(gong)運(yun)用(yong),證(zheng)明(ming)在(zai)兩(liang)年(nian)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)節(jie)省(sheng)的(de)電(dian)力(li)成(cheng)本(ben)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)收(shou)回(hui)投(tou)資(zi)。另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian),國(guo)家(jia)發(fa)改(gai)委(wei)從(cong)政(zheng)策(ce)方(fang)麵(mian)鼓(gu)勵(li)使(shi)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)回(hui)饋(kui)製(zhi)動(dong)單(dan)元(yuan),我(wo)公(gong)司(si)已(yi)申(shen)報(bao)DSM(電力需求側管理)項目,河北省發展改革委員會委派河北省節能中心技術專家已到現場進行驗證並獲得通過,我公司將得到投資額30%的政府補貼,從而可以進一步降低成本,提高投資收益。
