今年全球的氣候大背景是拉尼娜,厄爾尼諾我們較熟悉,但對於她的姐妹拉尼娜我們還很陌生。
拉尼娜是同厄爾尼諾相反的氣候現象,是指赤道太平洋東部(秘魯附近)海水大範圍持續異常變冷現象,海水表層溫度低出氣候平均值0.5℃以上。小小的0.5度,又遠在南美洲,但卻對我國造成了極大影響。
1.南太平洋的氣溫偏低是怎樣擴散到全球的。海洋表層的洋流運動主要受海表麵風的牽製。信風的存在使得大量暖水從東太平洋(即秘魯)吹送到赤道西太平洋地區(即中國、日本),在(zai)赤(chi)道(dao)東(dong)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)地(di)區(qu)暖(nuan)水(shui)被(bei)刮(gua)走(zou),主(zhu)要(yao)靠(kao)海(hai)麵(mian)以(yi)下(xia)的(de)冷(leng)水(shui)進(jin)行(xing)補(bu)充(chong),赤(chi)道(dao)東(dong)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)海(hai)溫(wen)比(bi)西(xi)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)明(ming)顯(xian)偏(pian)低(di),使(shi)得(de)氣(qi)流(liu)在(zai)赤(chi)道(dao)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)東(dong)部(bu)下(xia)沉(chen),從(cong)而(er)加(jia)劇(ju)氣(qi)流(liu)在(zai)西(xi)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)的(de)上(shang)升(sheng)運(yun)動(dong),實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)削(xue)弱(ruo)了(le)西(xi)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)的(de)副(fu)高(gao),加(jia)強(qiang)了(le)信(xin)風(feng)和(he)西(xi)風(feng),進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)劇(ju)赤(chi)道(dao)東(dong)太(tai)平(ping)洋(yang)冷(leng)水(shui)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan),形(xing)成(cheng)惡(e)性(xing)循(xun)環(huan)。最(zui)終(zhong)將(jiang)拉(la)尼(ni)娜(na)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)從(cong)秘(mi)魯(lu)擴(kuo)散(san)到(dao)全(quan)球(qiu),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)。
2.西xi太tai平ping洋yang上shang升sheng運yun動dong的de加jia強qiang對dui中zhong國guo的de影ying響xiang。西xi太tai平ping洋yang的de上shang升sheng運yun動dong加jia強qiang,導dao致zhi了le本ben來lai在zai冬dong半ban年nian就jiu已yi經jing遠yuan離li中zhong國guo大da陸lu進jin入ru太tai平ping洋yang的de副fu熱re帶dai高gao氣qi壓ya帶dai進jin一yi步bu遠yuan離li大da陸lu,對dui大da陸lu冷leng氣qi團tuan的de牽qian製zhi抵di抗kang作zuo用yong進jin一yi步bu降jiang低di,很hen明ming顯xian,沒mei有you了le副fu高gao的de阻zu攔lan,副fu高gao兩liang側ce的de風feng帶dai,一yi是shi北bei方fang強qiang大da的de寒han冷leng的de西xi風feng帶dai,二er是shi南nan方fang印yin度du洋yang上shang的de信xin風feng帶dai可ke以yi長chang驅qu直zhi入ru大da陸lu,橫heng掃sao全quan亞ya洲zhou,而er中zhong國guo恰qia恰qia就jiu在zai這zhe兩liang個ge風feng帶dai的de控kong製zhi之zhi下xia。
3.風帶加強對中國的影響

(2)信xin風feng帶dai。由you於yu太tai陽yang直zhi射she點dian的de南nan移yi,信xin風feng帶dai在zai過guo去qu對dui中zhong國guo的de影ying響xiang並bing不bu大da,但dan由you於yu拉la尼ni娜na的de加jia強qiang,加jia上shang西xi風feng帶dai受shou到dao青qing藏zang高gao原yuan阻zu擋dang,分fen流liu至zhi喜xi馬ma拉la雅ya山shan脈mai南nan翼yi逐zhu漸jian加jia熱re加jia濕shi的de氣qi團tuan,使shi得de中zhong國guo南nan部bu受shou到dao了le來lai自zi印yin度du洋yang大da量liang的de暖nuan濕shi氣qi流liu,造zao成cheng雲yun貴gui高gao原yuan的de氣qi溫wen甚shen至zhi比bi常chang年nian的de還hai要yao高gao。
(3)gongtongyingxiang。youyutaipingyangshangdefugaojianruo,yinernanbeilianggulengkongqikeyichangquzhiruzhongguoneilu,xinfengdailaidenuanshiqiliukongzhinanfang,xiangshenzhenzheduanshijianshidudougaoda90%。過guo去qu北bei方fang的de冷leng空kong氣qi南nan下xia就jiu單dan一yi的de控kong製zhi全quan國guo,全quan國guo都dou是shi寒han冷leng幹gan燥zao,但dan今jin年nian拉la尼ni娜na引yin導dao著zhe信xin風feng帶dai來lai大da量liang水shui汽qi,同tong北bei方fang幹gan燥zao寒han冷leng的de氣qi團tuan在zai長chang江jiang中zhong下xia遊you地di區qu交jiao彙hui,從cong而er形xing成cheng了le大da範fan圍wei的de暴bao雪xue。降jiang雪xue同tong降jiang雨yu的de原yuan理li一yi樣yang,現xian在zai溫wen度du一yi上shang升sheng就jiu下xia大da雨yu,甚shen至zhi暴bao雨yu。從cong影ying響xiang範fan圍wei看kan,災zai害hai程cheng度du從cong東dong向xiang西xi遞di減jian,沿yan海hai省sheng份fen影ying響xiang較jiao小xiao,可ke見jian水shui汽qi主zhu要yao來lai自zi印yin度du洋yang而er非fei太tai平ping洋yang,信xin風feng影ying響xiang巨ju大da。
