鄔賀銓:尊敬的吳部長、奚(xi)部(bu)長(chang),大(da)家(jia)上(shang)午(wu)好(hao),胡(hu)錦(jin)濤(tao)總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)在(zai)兩(liang)院(yuan)院(yuan)士(shi)大(da)會(hui)上(shang)講(jiang)話(hua)說(shuo)物(wu)聯(lian)網(wang)支(zhi)持(chi)智(zhi)能(neng)服(fu)務(wu)發(fa)展(zhan),為(wei)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)製(zhi)造(zao)服(fu)務(wu)創(chuang)新(xin)提(ti)供(gong)有(you)利(li)的(de)工(gong)具(ju)和(he)環(huan)境(jing)。互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)現(xian)在(zai)已(yi)經(jing)走(zou)了(le)四(si)十(shi)年(nian)了(le),在(zai)今(jin)年(nian)提(ti)名(ming)諾(nuo)貝(bei)爾(er)和(he)平(ping)獎(jiang)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),有(you)人(ren)說(shuo)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)是(shi)候(hou)選(xuan)人(ren)。互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)從(cong)七(qi)十(shi)年(nian)代(dai)走(zou)到(dao)九(jiu)十(shi)年(nian)代(dai)到(dao)現(xian)在(zai)又(you)是(shi)新(xin)世(shi)紀(ji)第(di)二(er)個(ge)十(shi)年(nian),互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)到(dao)公(gong)眾(zhong)互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)、全球互聯網主要技術從TCIP、到WEB、2.0,互聯網從一個聯係平台到一個瀏覽平台到交互平台現在成為工作平台,互聯網上傳輸的內容、數據、話音、視頻,從有線接入到寬帶撥號視頻,從研究性網絡到商業性網絡,現在又走到寬帶網絡,最有代表意義的說下一代互聯網是美國GENI計劃,具有安全性與魯棒性,具有移動性的普適計算,跨越物理與Cyber空kong間jian,自zi製zhi聯lian網wang。互hu聯lian網wang的de發fa展zhan,從cong物wu聯lian網wang角jiao度du來lai看kan互hu聯lian網wang現xian在zai往wang下xia延yan伸shen,要yao使shi用yong泛fan在zai化hua的de傳chuan感gan單dan元yuan和he網wang絡luo,最zui常chang用yong的de互hu聯lian網wang提ti供gong更geng全quan麵mian的de互hu聯lian互hu通tong,在zai這zhe之zhi上shang還hai需xu要yao提ti供gong普pu適shi性xing的de數shu據ju分fen析xi與yu服fu務wu,以yi便bian深shen入ru服fu務wu智zhi能neng化hua。IBM公司將此稱之為智慧地球,應該說這是IBM運用新技術構件新的世界模型的遠景。溫總理用感知中國來概括物聯網的泛在和效用。

傳感器與傳感器之間聯網需要有一定的協議,物理層需要有一定規定,需要注意傳輸距離和傳輸功率是2—4次方關係,它傳輸距離比較短需要接力。通常用的數據是MAC協議,它並不是對網絡傳感器優化,傳感器網絡首先需要節能,要開發一些新的適合傳感器的MAC協議。TCP也(ye)一(yi)樣(yang)不(bu)見(jian)得(de)是(shi)最(zui)優(you)的(de)協(xie)議(yi)。傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)有(you)電(dian)源(yuan)管(guan)理(li)平(ping)麵(mian),需(xu)要(yao)實(shi)現(xian)對(dui)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)節(jie)點(dian)電(dian)源(yuan)使(shi)用(yong),單(dan)個(ge)節(jie)點(dian)電(dian)量(liang)低(di)時(shi)告(gao)訴(su)鄰(lin)居(ju)不(bu)能(neng)幫(bang)助(zhu)轉(zhuan)發(fa)消(xiao)息(xi),傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)本(ben)身(shen)由(you)於(yu)可(ke)能(neng)是(shi)飛(fei)機(ji)隨(sui)便(bian)灑(sa)下(xia)去(qu)位(wei)置(zhi)不(bu)固(gu)定(ding),需(xu)要(yao)有(you)移(yi)動(dong)管(guan)理(li)鄰(lin)居(ju)發(fa)現(xian)功(gong)能(neng)。在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)特(te)定(ding)區(qu)域(yu)內(nei)均(jun)衡(heng)及(ji)調(tiao)度(du)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)任(ren)務(wu),在(zai)一(yi)個(ge)區(qu)域(yu)內(nei)並(bing)非(fei)所(suo)有(you)的(de)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)節(jie)點(dian)都(dou)要(yao)同(tong)時(shi)執(zhi)行(xing)傳(chuan)感(gan)任(ren)務(wu)。
一般來講傳感器網絡可以是ADhoc網wang絡luo,他ta本ben身shen節jie點dian數shu量liang大da,配pei置zhi非fei常chang密mi集ji,節jie點dian位wei置zhi不bu一yi定ding需xu要yao預yu先xian設she計ji和he計ji算suan,網wang絡luo拓tuo撲pu的de變bian成cheng十shi分fen頻pin繁fan,通tong信xin方fang式shi也ye有you所suo不bu同tong。現xian在zai有you說shuo傳chuan感gan網wang、wulianwang,woshizheyangrenshide,chuanganwangshiyongchuanganqizuoweiganzhiyuanjian,dalouliyouchuanganqiguanlidaloudenengyuanhewendu,zheshihoubuxuyaoliandaogongwangshang。wulianwangxuyaoyouyigetongxinwangluo,chuangandanyuanyijingbuxianyuchuanganqile。fanzaiwangshiyongerweitiaomazuoweiganzhitiaojian,tongguoduozhongyuanluoshixianwuyuwu、物與人、人與人的信息獲取、傳遞、chucundengfuwu,zhesanzheyousuoguanlian,danyehuxiangyoubaohandeguanxi。henduorenshuowulianwangshibashijieshangrenhedongxidoulianzaiyiqi,worenweizhegebiaoshubushifeichangzhunque,barenhenenggoulianqilaideerqielianqilaiyouyongyouhaochudedongxilianqilai。shijieshangcunzaidewutiduodehen,meiyiyangdongxidoubatalianwangma,meiyoubiyao。zhiyaoshilianqilaiyouyongdecailianqilai。
物聯網的概念十年前就有了,幾年前IQtideshihulianweitezheng,xianzaiyizhinengfuwuweitezheng,zhejiushuomingcezhongdianhexiwangjiejuedewentiyijingyousuobutong。guanyuwulianwangxianzaidajiadoujiaodeyoudianmimang,oumengshuowulianwangshiweilaihulianwangdeyibufen,nenggoudingyiweijiyubiaozhunhejiaohutongxinxieyijuyouzipeizhinenglidedongtaiquanqiuwangluosheshi,zaiwulianwangneiwulihexunidewujianjuyoushenfen、物理屬性擬人化使用智能接口並且無縫綜合到信息網絡中。但是這個定義限製的太死了,其好處是把物理屬性、zhinengjiekoudianchulaile。jinnianguojiazhengfugongzuobaogaodefululiededisangezhushijieshiwulianwang,shuowulianwangshizhitongguoxinxichuanganshebei,anzhaoyuedingdexieyi,barenhewupinyuhulianwanglianqilai,jinxingxinxijiaohuanahetongxun,yishixianzhinenghuashibie、定位、genzongjiankongheguanlideyizhongwangluo,tashizaihulianwangjishangyanshenhekuozhandewangluo。danshiruguoshiwowohuigaibian,wogangcaishuobaxuyaolianwangdewupinlianjieqilai,wohuixiegenwangluolianjieqilai,tashizaiwangluojichushangdeyanshenhekuozhanyingyong。dangranzhexiedingyidajiakeyitantao。

物聯網在工業領域裏應用,製造業供應鏈、生產環境檢測、生產過程用料與工藝優化、設備管理、以及對員工管理,智能交通也有很大應用,汽車上的傳感器、雷達可以感知防止交通事故,還有智能收費係統也是物聯網的功能。qichebenshenshiyigejisuanjiwangluo,conglingyigejiaoduqicheyoushiwangluolitoudeyigejiedian,liyongwangluohenduojiankongshipinchuanganqikeyifaxianyouhuajiaotongliuliang。zhihuiwuliu,zaihuowushangmiankeyizhuangruchuanganqi,meigehuanjiedoukeyitongguochuanganqishixianzaituhuopingenzong。zhinengdianwang,shishijiankongyongdianliang,shishifadian、配電、用yong電dian平ping衡heng。還hai有you建jian築zhu節jie能neng,不bu同tong房fang間jian在zai不bu同tong時shi間jian由you於yu人ren量liang不bu一yi樣yang,需xu要yao空kong調tiao不bu同tong,集ji中zhong空kong調tiao不bu能neng識shi別bie這zhe些xie地di方fang,日ri本ben在zai建jian築zhu物wu中zhong安an裝zhuang兩liang萬wan個ge傳chuan感gan器qi並bing使shi用yongIPV6,節約運動能耗30%。互聯網可以應用生態環境監控、環保檢測,美國統計過每16000個(ge)病(bing)人(ren)輸(shu)血(xue)會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)一(yi)個(ge)輸(shu)血(xue)錯(cuo)誤(wu),利(li)用(yong)物(wu)聯(lian)網(wang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)可(ke)以(yi)存(cun)到(dao)網(wang)上(shang)識(shi)別(bie)人(ren)與(yu)血(xue)漿(jiang)的(de)對(dui)應(ying)性(xing),這(zhe)樣(yang)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)醫(yi)療(liao)上(shang)的(de)很(hen)多(duo)差(cha)錯(cuo)。安(an)全(quan)監(jian)控(kong),現(xian)在(zai)很(hen)多(duo)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)是(shi)用(yong)視(shi)頻(pin)監(jian)控(kong),還(hai)有(you)很(hen)多(duo)司(si)法(fa)對(dui)象(xiang)監(jian)外(wai)執(zhi)行(xing)利(li)用(yong)GPSshoujikeyishixianduiqijiankong。zaihenduojichangyeliyongchuanganqixitong,qianbujiufashengleyixiebiantaifenzishaxiaohaide,xianzaiduixuexiaoheyoueryuanjiankongyechengweiyigezhongyaohuanjie。jiatinganbaoyeshiyigezhongyaofangmian,zaishangbanshijianruguoyourenjinru,tongguojialideshexiangtoukeyipaishejishichuandaoshoujishang,yekeyitongzhixiaoqubaoanjishijiejue。
物聯網接下來還要應對什麼挑戰,其應用範圍很寬,物聯網製造業、設備、感知器件、zhichengchanyehaiyoufuwuye,zhegechanyehenda,youshangyiyuanchanzhiguimo,tadebiaozhunhuawomenyifangmianshuobuhao,bushimeiyourenzuobiaozhunhua,ershihenduobumenzuzhidouzaizuobiaozhunhua,wulianwangruanjianshichangjingzhengfeichangjilie,zhequeshishiyigehenredelingyu。
