1、引言
變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)故(gu)障(zhang)保(bao)護(hu)是(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)中(zhong)間(jian)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)達(da)到(dao)危(wei)險(xian)程(cheng)度(du)後(hou)采(cai)取(qu)的(de)保(bao)護(hu)措(cuo)施(shi),這(zhe)是(shi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)設(she)計(ji)上(shang)的(de)一(yi)大(da)缺(que)陷(xian),在(zai)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)實(shi)際(ji)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)引(yin)起(qi)此(ci)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)較(jiao)多(duo),可(ke)以(yi)采(cai)取(qu)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi)也(ye)較(jiao)多(duo),在(zai)處(chu)理(li)此(ci)類(lei)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi)要(yao)分(fen)析(xi)清(qing)楚(chu)故(gu)障(zhang)原(yuan)因(yin),有(you)針(zhen)對(dui)性(xing)的(de)采(cai)取(qu)相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi)去(qu)處(chu)理(li)。
2、變頻器過電壓的危害
變頻器過電壓主要是指其中間直流回路過電壓,中間直流回路過電壓主要危害在於:
(1) 引yin起qi電dian動dong機ji磁ci路lu飽bao和he。對dui於yu電dian動dong機ji來lai說shuo,電dian壓ya主zhu過guo高gao必bi然ran使shi電dian機ji鐵tie芯xin磁ci通tong增zeng加jia,可ke能neng導dao致zhi磁ci路lu飽bao和he,勵li磁ci電dian流liu過guo大da,從cong麵mian引yin起qi電dian機ji溫wen升sheng過guo高gao;
(2) 損害電動機絕緣。中間直流回路電壓升高後,變頻器輸出電壓的脈衝幅度過大,對電機絕緣壽命有很大的影響;
(3) 對中間直流回路濾波電容器壽命有直接影響,嚴重時會引起電容器爆裂。因而變頻器廠家一般將中間直流回路過電壓值限定在DC800V左右,一旦其電壓超過限定值,變頻器將按限定要求跳閘保護。
3、產生變頻器過電壓的原因
3.1 過電壓的原因
一般能引起中間直流回路過電壓的原因主要來自以下兩個方麵:
(1) 來自電源輸入側的過電壓
正常情況下的電源電壓為380V,允許誤差為-5%~+10%,經三相橋式全波整流後中間直流的峰值為591V,個別情況下電源線電壓達到450V,其峰值電壓也隻有636V,並不算很高,一般電源電壓不會使變頻器因過電壓跳閘。電源輸入側的過電壓主要是指電源側的衝擊過電壓,如雷電引起的過電壓、補償電容在合閘或斷開時形成的過電壓等,主要特點是電壓變化率dv/dt和幅值都很大。
(2) 來自負載側的過電壓
主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)指(zhi)由(you)於(yu)某(mou)種(zhong)原(yuan)因(yin)使(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)處(chu)於(yu)再(zai)生(sheng)發(fa)電(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)時(shi),即(ji)電(dian)機(ji)處(chu)於(yu)實(shi)際(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)比(bi)變(bian)頻(pin)頻(pin)率(lv)決(jue)定(ding)的(de)同(tong)步(bu)轉(zhuan)速(su)高(gao)的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai),負(fu)載(zai)的(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)所(suo)儲(chu)存(cun)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)能(neng)經(jing)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)電(dian)能(neng),通(tong)過(guo)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)的(de)6個(ge)續(xu)流(liu)二(er)極(ji)管(guan)回(hui)饋(kui)到(dao)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)中(zhong)間(jian)直(zhi)流(liu)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)。此(ci)時(shi)的(de)逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)處(chu)於(yu)整(zheng)流(liu)狀(zhuang)態(tai),如(ru)果(guo)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)中(zhong)沒(mei)采(cai)取(qu)消(xiao)耗(hao)這(zhe)些(xie)能(neng)量(liang)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi),這(zhe)些(xie)能(neng)量(liang)將(jiang)會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)中(zhong)間(jian)直(zhi)流(liu)回(hui)路(lu)的(de)電(dian)容(rong)器(qi)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)上(shang)升(sheng)。達(da)到(dao)限(xian)值(zhi)即(ji)行(xing)跳(tiao)閘(zha)。
3.2 從變頻器負載側可能引起過電壓的情況及主要原因
從變頻器負載側可能引起過電壓的情況及主要原因如下:
(1) 變頻器減速時間參數設定相對較小及未使用變頻器減速過電壓自處理功能。

大(da)多(duo)數(shu)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)為(wei)了(le)避(bi)免(mian)跳(tiao)閘(zha),專(zhuan)門(men)設(she)置(zhi)了(le)減(jian)速(su)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)自(zi)處(chu)理(li)功(gong)能(neng),如(ru)果(guo)在(zai)減(jian)速(su)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)了(le)設(she)定(ding)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)上(shang)限(xian)值(zhi),變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)頻(pin)率(lv)將(jiang)不(bu)再(zai)下(xia)降(jiang),暫(zan)緩(huan)減(jian)速(su),待(dai)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)降(jiang)到(dao)設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)以(yi)下(xia)後(hou)再(zai)繼(ji)續(xu)減(jian)速(su)。如(ru)果(guo)減(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)設(she)定(ding)不(bu)合(he)適(shi),又(you)沒(mei)有(you)利(li)用(yong)減(jian)速(su)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)自(zi)處(chu)理(li)功(gong)能(neng),就(jiu)可(ke)能(neng)出(chu)現(xian)此(ci)類(lei)故(gu)障(zhang)。
(2) 工藝要求在限定時間內減速至規定頻率或停止運行

(3) 當電動機所傳動的位能負載下放時,電動機將處於再生發電製動狀態
位能負載下降過快,過多回饋能量超過中間直流回路及其能量處理單元的承受能力,過電壓故障也會發生。
(4) 變頻器負載突降

(6) 變頻器中間直流回路電容容量下降

4、過電壓故障處理對策
對於過電壓故障的處理,關鍵一是中間直流回路多餘能量如何及時處理;二是如何避免或減少多餘能量向中間直流回路饋送,使其過電壓的程度限定在允許的限值之內。下麵是主要的對策:
(1) 在電源輸入側增加吸收裝置,減少過電壓因素
對於電源輸入側有衝擊過電壓、雷電引起的過電壓、補償電容在合閘或斷開時形成的過電壓可能發生的情況下,可以采用在輸入側並聯浪湧吸收裝置或串聯電抗器等方法加以解決。
(2) 從變頻器已設定的參數中尋找解決辦法
在變頻器可設定的參數中主要有兩點:
・減(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)參(can)數(shu)和(he)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)減(jian)速(su)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)自(zi)處(chu)理(li)功(gong)能(neng)。在(zai)工(gong)藝(yi)流(liu)程(cheng)中(zhong)如(ru)不(bu)限(xian)定(ding)負(fu)載(zai)減(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)時(shi),變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)減(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)參(can)數(shu)的(de)設(she)定(ding)不(bu)要(yao)太(tai)短(duan),而(er)使(shi)得(de)負(fu)載(zai)動(dong)能(neng)釋(shi)放(fang)的(de)太(tai)快(kuai),該(gai)參(can)數(shu)的(de)設(she)定(ding)要(yao)以(yi)不(bu)引(yin)起(qi)中(zhong)間(jian)回(hui)路(lu)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)限(xian),特(te)別(bie)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)負(fu)載(zai)慣(guan)性(xing)較(jiao)大(da)時(shi)該(gai)參(can)數(shu)的(de)設(she)定(ding)。如(ru)果(guo)工(gong)藝(yi)流(liu)程(cheng)對(dui)負(fu)載(zai)減(jian)速(su)時(shi)間(jian)有(you)限(xian)製(zhi),而(er)在(zai)限(xian)定(ding)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)出(chu)現(xian)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)跳(tiao)閘(zha)現(xian)象(xiang),就(jiu)要(yao)設(she)定(ding)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)失(shi)速(su)自(zi)整(zheng)定(ding)功(gong)能(neng)或(huo)先(xian)設(she)定(ding)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)不(bu)過(guo)壓(ya)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)可(ke)減(jian)至(zhi)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)值(zhi),暫(zan)緩(huan)後(hou)減(jian)速(su)至(zhi)零(ling),減(jian)緩(huan)頻(pin)率(lv)減(jian)少(shao)的(de)速(su)度(du)。
・是中間直流回路過電壓倍數。
(3) 分析工藝流程,在工藝流程中尋找解決辦法

如袋濾機係統中回流泵因2~3台(tai)袋(dai)濾(lv)機(ji)對(dui)濾(lv)布(bu)反(fan)衝(chong)洗(xi)時(shi),循(xun)環(huan)卸(xie)料(liao),時(shi)間(jian)短(duan),流(liu)量(liang)大(da),料(liao)漿(jiang)中(zhong)混(hun)有(you)空(kong)氣(qi),引(yin)起(qi)回(hui)流(liu)泵(beng)打(da)空(kong)轉(zhuan),負(fu)載(zai)突(tu)減(jian),使(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)處(chu)於(yu)再(zai)生(sheng)製(zhi)動(dong)工(gong)況(kuang),導(dao)致(zhi)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)中(zhong)間(jian)直(zhi)流(liu)回(hui)路(lu)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya),變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)保(bao)護(hu)跳(tiao)閘(zha),對(dui)於(yu)這(zhe)一(yi)故(gu)障(zhang),可(ke)以(yi)從(cong)工(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)入(ru)手(shou),在(zai)每(mei)台(tai)袋(dai)濾(lv)機(ji)的(de)回(hui)流(liu)出(chu)口(kou)至(zhi)回(hui)流(liu)槽(cao)處(chu)加(jia)緩(huan)衝(chong)槽(cao),改(gai)變(bian)回(hui)流(liu)流(liu)量(liang)突(tu)變(bian)狀(zhuang)況(kuang),減(jian)小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang)變(bian)化(hua)對(dui)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),解(jie)決(jue)過(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)問(wen)題(ti)。
(4) 采用增加泄放電阻的方法
一般小於7.5kW的變頻器在出廠時內部中間直流回路均裝有控製單元和泄放電阻,大於7.5kW的(de)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)需(xu)根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況(kuang)外(wai)加(jia)控(kong)製(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)和(he)泄(xie)放(fang)電(dian)阻(zu),為(wei)中(zhong)間(jian)直(zhi)流(liu)回(hui)路(lu)多(duo)餘(yu)能(neng)量(liang)釋(shi)放(fang)提(ti)供(gong)通(tong)道(dao),是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)常(chang)用(yong)的(de)泄(xie)放(fang)能(neng)量(liang)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)。其(qi)不(bu)足(zu)之(zhi)處(chu)是(shi)能(neng)耗(hao)高(gao),可(ke)能(neng)出(chu)現(xian)頻(pin)繁(fan)投(tou)切(qie)或(huo)長(chang)時(shi)間(jian)投(tou)運(yun),致(zhi)使(shi)電(dian)阻(zu)溫(wen)度(du)升(sheng)高(gao)、設備損壞。
(5) 在輸入側增加逆變電路的方法

(7) 在條件允許的情況下適當降低工頻電源電壓
目前變頻器電源側一般采用不可控整流橋,電源電壓高,中間直流回路電壓也高,電源電壓為380V、400V、450V時,直流回路電壓分別為537V、 565V、636V。有的變頻器距離變壓器很近,變頻器輸入電壓高達400Vyishang,duibianpinqizhongjianzhiliuhuiluchengshouguodianyanengliyingxianghenda,zaizhezhongqingkuangxia,ruguotiaojianyunxukeyijiangbianyaqidefenjiekaiguanfangzhizaidiyadang,tongguoshidangjiangdidianyuandianyadefangshi,dadaoxiangduitigaobianpinqiguodianyanenglidemude。
(8) 多台變頻器共用直流母線的方法

變頻器中間直流過電壓故障是變頻器的一個弱點,關鍵是要分清原因,結合變頻器本身參數、控製係統狀況和工藝流程等情況,才能製定相應的對策,隻要認真對待,該過電壓故障是不難解決的。
