為新能源汽車提供疲勞耐久性測試與性能測試方案

需求升級考驗新能源汽車測試方案
新能源汽車結構的變化直接帶來了汽車技術的變化,但對於穆格來說,這其中並沒有實質性的變化和區別。Jagjit Singh先生認為,穆格仿真台適用於新能源汽車研發,它對電池的耐久性與其他特性的開發能夠發揮非常大的作用。
另外,穆格的駕駛模擬器對新能源車開發也可發揮大作用,包括奔馳、falalidengkehudouzhenduixiayidaichanpindeyanfacaiyonglemugejiashimoniqi。ruguocaiyongxindeshejiyujiegoudemudeshiweilejianqingqichezhongliangdehua,duishiyandeyaoqiuyehuixiangyingtigao,shiyandepinlvyexuyaotigao,mugeliuzhouzhendongtaiyijixuanguaceshixitongnenggoutigaoceshideshiyanfanwei。Jagjit Singh先生舉例說:“奧迪A8的(de)研(yan)發(fa)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)我(wo)們(men)的(de)係(xi)統(tong),就(jiu)是(shi)因(yin)為(wei)我(wo)們(men)的(de)係(xi)統(tong)頻(pin)率(lv)反(fan)應(ying)更(geng)高(gao)。原(yuan)來(lai)鋼(gang)質(zhi)的(de)材(cai)料(liao)現(xian)在(zai)換(huan)成(cheng)了(le)鋁(lv)合(he)金(jin)的(de)材(cai)料(liao),因(yin)此(ci)需(xu)要(yao)更(geng)高(gao)的(de)係(xi)統(tong)頻(pin)率(lv)。從(cong)數(shu)字(zi)上(shang)來(lai)說(shuo),傳(chuan)統(tong)測(ce)試(shi)台(tai)或(huo)者(zhe)其(qi)他(ta)測(ce)試(shi)台(tai)能(neng)夠(gou)做(zuo)到(dao)30~40Hz的工作頻率,我們的可以達到80Hz的工作頻率,對於這樣的使用範圍,也滿足了新材料、新應用的測試要求。”
在耐久性試驗方麵,新能源汽車的要求更高,新能源汽車的輪子上各有一個電機進行驅動,這對電機的疲勞性、堅固性、耐久性要求就更高。據Jagjit Singh先生介紹,車輛的懸掛有一個簧上質量和簧下質量,兩者比例對車輛設計來說非常關鍵,“womenkeyixiangxiang,baqudongdedianjifangzailunzishang,yuanlaishihuangshangdezhiliangxianzaibianweihuangxiazhiliangle,cheshendetexinghuifashenghendadebianhua,zheduishiyandeyaoqiuyetigaole。yidangaibianlecheshenchuantongdeshejifangfa,tadetexingbixuyaotongguochongfendeshiyanyanzheng,quebaocheshenmeiyouchuxianqitadedianfuxingdewenti。”
