關於康耐視及其全球市場

現狀分析:把眼光瞄準中國
康耐視在2002年正式進入中國,開始發展自己的業務,並在上海建立了辦事處。但關注中國市場從幾年前就開始了。

行銷策略:賣鞋給赤腳者

康耐視在這方麵下了很大功夫,通過自身以及代理商的教育推廣,力求通過自身的努力盡可能的改變市場的傳統觀念。
